I did see Art's response, and I guess my thought on it is that he's still a dad, and Art Jr. is still his son- doesn't matter how old either of them get, Art is going to be protective. I don't know if records with that type of info regarding a minor would have been sealed at the time, but perhaps there's a reason why that info was not on there, as you expected it to be? Just throwing that out there.

But I do think it's reasonable to expect that would upset Art, and we already have seen how reactive he is to posts on here. $:-\$ I personally wouldn't compound the situation by threatening him in response. JMO. I know I can't sway you to do anything other than what you will do.

I think you might have gone a little further than hurt feelings but that might be up to a judge to decide. You should probably contact a lawyer just to be on the safe side.
