Except anyone in their right mind, and certainly the father of a child in that situation, would see some teacher disappearing with his 16-year-old son across state lines for weeks of sodomization, as both kidnapping and rape.  I have no fuckin' idea why the law didn't see it that way, but in my estimation, the law was wrong.  In any case it's hardly a "lie" to actually see it as kidnapping and rape.  That rotten AIDS-raping pederast prick should never have seen the light of day again.

Perhaps but the law didnt see it that way since "rape" wasnt the charge/conviction at all- It was essentially non disclosure of HIV. The whole thing was overturned and I posted a video with the legal docs many posts back.

Again, If I was the parent I would be pissed and what happened was bullshit- But it wasnt "Kidnapping and rape" since the thats not what the legal documents say unless the docs and video ive seen if fraudulent. However, the ex FBI agent who posted it had already been sued by Art so I am going to assume Art would have had no problem bringing a lawsuit again if anything said there slandered or defamed him or his son.

It doesnt make the situation right- But it shows how much spin was placed on the entire issue which Art chose to comment about in public.
