Something I've wondered about but never really wanted to bring up regarding all this, my understanding is the beginning of Art's problems with PremRat stem from him not feeling they supported him sufficiently during this incident.

If that is correct, what was it Art wanted them to do or thought they should have done?

It is my understanding that, as their top asset, they should have more aggressively defended him in the lawsuit. Luck d up the legal fees, etc. Which they, I believe, declined to do.
