I can answer that.  No, there is no downtown Pahrump. I drove all over it a month and a half ago.  There's basically 2 streets that with the majority of businesses on them.  Mostly chain stores and a few small casinos.

No need to quit. All he needs is a rational appraisal of his position as a somewhat controversial media figure and his living/working arrangements.  OTOH, the show may well lose in a priority show-down with the exposed but isolated lifestyle.

Art doesn't seem like the type. Something like this I think would even drive him harder to continue. He has stated he isn't the 'turn the other cheek' type of guy.

I have thought one of the main reasons he came back was because of Noory's "he's winding down folks" line.
