Open Question: what was your favorite show of Art's from the master archive of C2C?

I want to put together a list so I can verify that I have listened to them.

Thanks

Hey K. Wassup? I'm just about to dive into another football game and planning on listening to Knapp tonite

Well I'm glad you mentioned that -- going to see who he's got on tonight (really like Knapp).

And, pretending this is on the correct thread, I'm suffering through the Seahaks/Green Bay game.  GB is spanking us and I don't recognize the Seahawks.  Sigh.

But did he confirmed that he's not retiring or making Jazmunda a co-host or Falkie the newest field reporter?

This man is a liar and a bastard. A couple of bottles of Scrumpy Jack and he casts his Svengali-like influence over all who have the misfortune to come anywhere near him. Only a strenuous exorcism from Fr. Martin would meet the case, but I am prepared to compromise with a baseball bat.

Baseball Bat? American baseball bats?

Monday Night's Guest: Dr. Jeffrey Long - NDEs

http://artbell.com/mon-sep-21-dr-jeffrey-long/

QuoteJeffrey Long, M.D. is a leading near-death experience researcher. Dr. Long is a physician and radiation oncologist, which is the medical use of radiation to treat cancer. He is practicing in Houma, Louisiana. Dr. Long founded the Near Death Experience Research Foundation. Over 10 years of research went into Dr. Long’s study of over 1300 near-death experiences presented in his book Evidence of the Afterlife: The Science of Near-Death Experiences. This is by far the largest scientific study of near-death experiences ever presented.

Over 4000 NDE’s are currently posted on www.nderf.org, making it by far the largest number of NDE’s ever studied, and by far the largest number of NDE’s publicly accessible in the world. Portions of the www.nderf.org web site have been posted in over 20 different foreign languages. This is leading to increasing awareness that worldwide and across cultural boundaries we all share these types of experiences, and they are similar to a degree that is medically inexplicable.

(Redacted) baby, coffee is always on and the Scotch is on the counter with a pair of tumblers nearby.  Door is always open.

Nice.... Don't forget to take pictures!

Weird.  I checked artbell.com earlier and it showed Robert Bauval as tomorrow's guest.  Maybe Keith made a mistake and Bauval will be on sometime later in the week?

If Art is encouraging listeners to subscribe, he is NOT going to leave.  That's my story and I'm sticking to it. ;)

Starrmtn, please stop trying to derail this thread.

That's a tough one!  There are soon many from which to choose!  I hope people chime in and remind me of shows/guests I've long forgotten.   Good luck!!

Bugs' (RIP) Bigfoot story when he gave detailed description of where he buried the bodies.  I drew a map and sent it to Art.  He never confirmed if it matched the one he received from Bugs.

Art is going to change it up this year. Heather is lining up a panel of ghosts, to discuss what life was like before they died.

would i be correct in assuming that if he goes more.."commercial" that the breaks would be just at half past and top of the hour instead of the ..sorta quarter after he slips in there

I'm on east coast so I can usually catch the first few minutes before I'm off into my own personal Dreamland. I'm a Time Traveler, so I listen to full shows next day.

If he goes to 1AM ET start to go head to head with Dave, that's fine with me. Double fine if he goes to 4 hours.

If he adds more commercials due to being commercial/terrestrial, being a TT it won't really affect me. I'd be happy because it gives him
A. more exposure
B. bigger caller base
C. better equipment

I'll report myself for posting relevant to the thread

B. bigger caller base

That's the biggest benefit for me if he gets on radio.  I've been asking myself why hearing the same caller week after week is disappointing.  I think the old show had this feeling that there was a whole nation of listeners out there who might see something weird and just call the guy they hear sometimes on the radio who deals in that stuff.  You never knew what was going to happen.

A friend of mine--early 20s--recently brought up psychics because she'd heard them on Snoory.  Someone that age is probably not going to hunt down Art's podcast but Dave got her cuz he's on the radio, coming home from work.

A51 Flyover comes to mind right off. That one definitely had my attention.

Bugs would be up there near the top too.

It could get political and CT but I recall enjoying (I guess that is bad description, say interesting) in the OKC bombing stuff because it was happening almost "live" and such a shocking, on-going story with many rumors, changes to official story, differing reports, etc. And Art had various guests, callers, etc and the situation was fluid and so etc.
ps: I also enjoyed/interested in the reports from Antarctic goings-on (doctors evacuated, people under quarantine, and some such stuff, I forget the specifics and wild speculations right now) with updates from LMH, RCH, etc

Other than "guest" and caller generated shows I like the almost "real time" news reporting and shows.
