Whether Art does pursue you Legally or not, and whether or not he wins or loses the case if he does, and regardless of the purse-size of any such win, the key bit is this; does Art Bell have GROUNDs to persue DarKPenguiN. A freind, had a Defamation Lawyer look over your record at Bellgab over the past couple weeks and that Attorney reported back thusly:

"Art Bell has a strong case against DP.  The legal standard for libel has been met, including actual malice, which applies to public figures in some instances.  He’s done a smart job of laying the foundation for damages in this case.  A promissory estoppel argument could remove the shield of Section 230 immunity.  If DP has few assets, Art may consider a criminal complaint for cyberstalking, a Class C-3 felony in his venue, for which the required elements have likewise been met."

You, DP, can take any objections you may have with this assessment up with _your_ Attorneys (not with me) but there you have it, from an actual Lawman.

Being a lawyer is certainly a job that serves the public and is open access for fellow citizens to contact.  Please allow us to verify that this lawyer exists, by giving his contact information.

Personally, I believe you are full of shit.  You know of no such lawyer.  Have contacted no lawyer, and no lawyer would waste his time reading a dopey art bell fan forum to give free advice.

Also, any lawsuit needs to have merit, which can only be established by a Judge.  You really think a Judge is going to waste the courts time and judicial process over some dopey poster  saying mean things about Art Bell on the internet on some obscure dopey fan site?

People on anonymous forums say shit all the time about every single celebrity and politician, and it is much much more severe than what you will ever read on here at bellgab.

Art's perfect rebuttal, posted on Facebook midnight PT:

I know right?

Give the photo to everyone losing their jobs or a huge reduction in income right before the holidays because Art "muh stalker".

Hilarious.  I looked at the number of pages of responses that this thread has had since I last posted and figured that either
A.) Art has announced his return.
or
B.) DP is back to posting.

Funny that people continue to respond.  "Hi, I'm a troll.  I will tell you how I work and tell you that I will put out this bait after telling you that is all that it is, and hope you take it so as I can amuse myself."  And then people take the damn bait.

On that note, I would be willing to play the other side of your trollish argument.  Art has always respected me in the morning... 8)  I would say "skype me", but that seems unlikely.

So, what topics do you usually troll where a group of you get together?

What does "open access for fellow citizens to contact" mean? Obviously, you could contact him if you knew who he was, but he has no obligation, and probably no reason at all, to respond.

That idiot settled out of court -- because he was wrong -- and will die in prison. You'll likely do the same. But the Felony charges could be more tricky to wriggle out of. You're going on ignore -- congrats - you're my first. Fuck off. Soon. Like you keep promising to do.  :o ???

Are you talking about Ted Gunderson?

He didn't die in jail.

Settling out of court doesn't mean anything.

Ted Gunderson is a crazy motherfucker and the more I learn about him the crazier he seems to be. I even specifically stated that the scariest thing about Gunderson is that he was in charge of a good portion of the FBI on the W Coast and evidently Olympic security. Its scary to me knowing he had that much power, put together cases and was responsible for arrests and shit. Makes you wonder who has positions of power today.

Maybe the curious poster should IM his personal details for you to forward to the attorney...I think that's a fair request. After all, you shouldn't be posting personal details out in the open.

To  WOTC- Missed your post bro-

Most current trolling has been with Star Citizen for like the last 6 months and its kinda played out but I have information that seems legit that things should get fun again soon-ish.

We normally troll things concerning computer gaming since thats what the bulk of us spend a ridiculous amount of time on and are well versed in. We are anti-sc btw.

We've battled a video game attorney, Ryan Morris, over copyright issues - let him run his mouth and give away his services for free to defend some jokers from the "trolls" and ended up with the hilarious twist that he filed for a copyright improperly to something that was already claimed by a mega corporation (Sq Enix if I remember right)after telling his clients they held the copyright- and his clients had to change the name of their game after it was already on kickstart and Steam. Truth is, our trolling probably saved them from a costly lawsuit down the road but thats not why we did it. Mainly for the Lulz and because he was being mean to a friend.

We took on another Kickstart project that was essentially scamming people and uncovered a tale of a game developer on disability being forced to work on the game under duress with a threat of a lawsuit hanging over his head. That one was kinda sad and the best we could do was get the shit shut down and free the developer . that was one that had been planned for a very long time and ended up getting fucked up because he was able to pawn the company on a holiday weekend before the whole thing could come down (pitchforks/torches and all) and he got away unscathed pretty much. That was something that ended up bugging me over how shady the whole thing was- oddly enough the Dev who was the object of the initial trolling is now a friend who I game with.

Weve done alot of political stuff  during last election and will certainly do so again next year.

Stormfront- 'nuff said there. But they caught on quick so its not fun anymore.

Mortal Online- that was the start of our little band of brothers. Oddly enough as bad as we were with them (SV was the shadiest PC gaming company at the time-) the new crop of Kickstart games using the Unity engine have surpassed any shadiness of old  and make SV look positively altruistic.

-Usually dont say I'm trolling. I have my reasons for doing such here which I wont bore you with. Simply put I really came here to discuss but knew that line would blur and since this is/was going to be played out quick anyhow and i'm all by lonesome with no cohesive plan- It really doesnt matter.

if you seriously enjoy a good troll, I would skype you. Ive met a few people this way who are parts of the machine. If you're a gamer- even better cause the group that trolls together ,rolls together in the gaming scene anyhow.

I like a good troll, though only of the spontaneous/drive-by type.  I don't have good cardio, I gas out after the second round.

Yeah yeah yeah, that's cool and all, but what does any of this have to do with Shadowbane?

She does not compare to Ian Punnet, George Knapp, Dave Schrader, or many others--because she has just started, Assholes. We'll see. In the meantime, she's nowhere near as bad as many other corporate radio hoors, and I see no signs that she's getting any worse, to me, than George "Company Man" Noory. So, solid.
This is an (inter)national show, not Job Shadow Week at the junior college.

She needs to let the guest speak. Even Noory knows this.

You have a gift for not enunciating your opinion, and it leads to a hell of a lot of wasted time engaging you.

Interrupting the guest with throwaway comments isn't good radio, under any objective standard. It isn't even good conversation.

The forum has been overrun by Pinkerton "wannabes" as of late.  None want to leave the comfort of their chair or the glare of their screen- but all are determined to get to the bottom of all mysteries provided by MITD.  Hey- has anybody investigated who Keith REALLY is and how he fits into this drama?  Nice to see he still looks happy.

This is the Twitter effect, here on BellGab. Nearly an entire generation compelled to constrain their thinking to, what is it, 31 characters give or take. It does create a certain cool aura of mystery since you always have to wait for the next tweet to halfway comprehend the original tweet. But, you know, it's all good.

On the bright side, I get a lot of chores done while studying how people choose to engage me, and when. (You get a gold star for making a legitimate point.)

This is true. Nevertheless, it is mandatory that the host is able to control the flow of the show. Over time, and with experience, this hand on the tiller becomes natural, instead of jarring.

Bell interrupted guests with throwaway comments all the fucking time. You just liked them more, and so, they were not bothersome. Over time, Bell's throwaway comments simply became... well, Bell.

Without the capacity to make mistakes, individuals do not have the capacity to learn. And, once again, Ms. Wade's throwaway comments are far and way more substantial than anything drooled out by George Noory.

In short, I find your stated complaints to be petty and trivial. However, I doubt that your stated comments are the whole story. It's probably a torturous, emotional mess, how you feel about things right now, huh?

I knew that she was gonna replace him last summer. This likely has affected my willingness to overlook the foibles and missteps that have been made so far.
