Hi everybody, open lines tonight! Also a Time traveler special line. I have not had the time do be posting because my life is now devoted to the show, it does not mean I have forgotten my Brother's and Sister's here on Bell Gab. It just means I have not so much life left! Stop asking for four Hours and seven days, remember I am 70 now.

Art
I'm just happy that I can hear you LIVE again at all.
Don't overextend yourself and have fun! :)

I think Art mentioned on the Test Show that he'd love to interview him. I'd say if they can get him then Art would jump at the chance. It would be an amazing interview too.

Hoagland mentioned last week he is trying to get Elon Musk as a guest on his own show...

Midnight should be four hours long.  Art seems to reach his stride at about three hours in...  But, I love the show as is.

When I was spreading the word about MITD on some mainstream spaceflight internet forums, I mention Richard Hoaglands name and the posts were  deleted.

I think Art would have a much better chance of securing Mr Musk as a guest than RCH would.  Art and Elon would make for a great interview for sure!

Ok, it's Saturday. Tonight starting at 8:00pm Central time until Midnight on http://ksyl.com in Alexandria Louisiana,  Art Bell - Somewhere in Time returns to 5/20/96 for a night of Open Lines with an emphasis on Russian turmoil, and heated debates about race relations in the US.  The station site does have a stream and it can also be found on Tune-In. Also if you are nostalgic, from 6-8pm Central KSYL plays Old Time Radio shows. It's a good listen.

For those keeping score this show is a "new" classic meaning it is not in the mega torrent.

You know, I think I'd just *LOVE* to hear Art interview Stephen King. Hopefully he'll get him to tell the story behind "Misery" ... which he once wrote was based on a true incident, but that's all he said about it.

Ya big tease.

He's way ahead of me then, I haven't had a chance to listen to the show yet..

My question for Elon would be why did he remarry his ex-wife

I dont think the God of the bible is crule at all. Never seen in scripture where he was crule.

Citation on both counts, please.

Otherwise you are just pulling miracles from your ass.   ::)
I think all that Jesus juice, smoking, heroin, and lack of meat has affected your memory, sinner. Some people always treat their bodies like temples, without the need of a crutch.

Although I am slightly impressed you can right click a .jpg, then left click view image. Did God show you in a vision how to do that? Or did you learn such computer science from mere men? That alone is almost proof of some sort of higher power. As you certainly have never displayed any innate ability to think, or understand anything beyond what was beaten into you as a fearful child. A fearful child that still needs some all seeing, all powerful parent. With an apparent need to prove it to others, by means of a "miraculous" cloth.

This much needed all powerful overseer keeps the flock from misbehaving. Which in turn, the flock uses this imagined powerful being as the ultimate exalted position. From which they impiously look down upon others unlike themselves, and as a crutch for their shortcomings in life. Quick to cast stones, in their glorious righteousness. Because they believe, they unquestionably know. How sweet thou truly art.

Sad really...  The Word isn't good enough, they have to be shrouded in mystery, myth, and magic, to be above reproach. The Word is wisdom...  such a shame men pick and choose The Word and corrupt those ideas, for irreproachable control, power, and profit. Must Humanity have a God to tell and enforce the collective heart and mind what is good and righteous? Sure beats having to think for yourself. Good work if you can get it. Sheep indeed.

Science doesn't have to prove the shroud is what some Christians claim it to be. Science never stated the shroud was some Jesus miracle. Only some Christians believe that. Hence it's up to those Christians to prove it's miraculous nature. As they are the ones making the claim, not scientist. Otherwise it's up to ones beliefs. Science was never tasked with proving the shroud as a miracle, just when and how it was made. Science did come to some conclusions, with what little they were given to work with. Which apparently didn't meet with some peoples approval. Hence you bringing it up ad nauseam.

I think baby Jesus just cried a little.  :'(

Look, there's still hope for even you. You really can rid yourself of all that bitterness and self-loathing. All that hatred bottled up inside of you. Trust me, you don't have to live like that way anymore.  I just think it's a shame you feel so angry all the time. Jesus does love you, whether you like it or not. And he is waiting 8)

I will mention one more before i pass out. Gray barker. ONLY know of him because live so close to his archive.
Definitly a forgotten one of the field.  If you have any recordings i would be greatful. Things seem to dissappear.

Art said Knapp was doubtful, with George's day job, but... yes, Art DID put the invitation out to Mr. Knapp last night.  I don't know if Knapp would have any non-compete restrictions with PremRat.  That could be a problem, too.

The invite from Art was made on MiTD last night, Mr. Knapp!
