Current Bumper Music - played frequently

There's a song that's played frequently on C2C (probably as much as the title/ending) that I have yet to see documented on the bumper music list.  I have scanned the list for weeks looking for the artist/name, but no luck.  I  have also emailed just about everyone at C2C with no reply.

The song appeared (for reference) on 8/17 right after David Bowie's Changes.  It is a synth-based piece in the style of something Enigma would do - there's a female singing (no words, just hymm) and piano in about half way through (they play it almost entirely).

I'd appreciate any info on it as I'm surely not going to get it from the C2C staff..

thanks,
Scott

8/22 - song appeared at 11:36pm PST after STP bumper.  As usual, it's not listed on the bumper music list.

Unfortunately azamigo, I think most listeners on this forum fall asleep before the second hour of the show and that may explain why you haven't gotten a reply yet.

I know I fall asleep before the first hour is over because, you know, boredom does that to me.

Good point.. I only find a few shows interesting and I usually only make it an hour or two before logging off.

I think I'm close.. there's a techno - ambient wizard named Ryan Farish.  His songs sound a lot like the one I'm looking for on C2C.  I'm still hunting for the exact song, but I found a lot of good stuff by this guy at the very least.

Enya's Only Time was played during the 8/17 show.  Could this be yet?

The mystics dream gets played regularly and sounds like what youre describing. There are some good apps for smart phones that can tell you what that unknown song youre looking for is. Hope this helps.

Actually a wierd experience finding this song... I have bounced through many artists and found some new interests in music.  But the song is actually not by Ryan Farish - he's the Weather Channel music guy (wrong medium).

Anyhow, I finally had the chance to record the show for a long period - they of course played the tune a few times in the course of 2 hours of recording (thanks to digital and radio streaming it was easy).

I cut it down to just the song.  Then used high tech to solve the problem - music identification software is free these days on almost any device.  For the PC it's Tuniac - a great tool to ID most songs.   I highly recommend it if you can't figure out a song.  You can get it here:

By the way, the song turned out to be:

Delerium - Serenity[/b][/u]

It's the most popular bumper tune they use during the show currently.

I *totally* heart Delirium.  That's pretty obscure and 90s rave to boot.  I can't believe Noory chose it.  No way.
