On the flip side of that, never refer to a woman who annoys you as a "bitch."  Say "asshole" instead, because it's gender neutral, it has a big impact because nobody expects to hear it in that context, and when you think about it, it's sexist to assume only men can be assholes.

Fair point.  And furthermore, why can men be referred to as either "dick" or "pussy" but women are generally neither?  There is a conspiracy of nether-region slang going on here.  However, interestingly, anyone can be a "boob".

It really annoys me to see people out with their dogs on the hot sidewalks, or even hot dirt paths, the dogs gingerly trying to keep up. 

Can tell by watching it's painful, burning the shit out of the pads on their feet.

I asked my vet about this once. It's not an issue.  Unless they're standing on hot asphalt. Then they deserve a poke in the eye.

I hope that is the case.  I've never had a dog, and most of the ones I see out walking do seem fine.  Every so often, like today, I see one that just looks like the ground is too hot for him from the way he's walking.  Maybe more info to be found on Google
