To be clear... I really have not paid enough attention to wikileaks.

I don't log out. That doesn't mean I'm here 24/7 Give reality a chance!  :D
If there is one thing that I have discovered hanging around the political section of Bellgab, it is more fun to take a few "facts" and build a narrative to suit your desires than actually look at all sides.  :)

How many paid posters are behind your account- and do the Kotch brothers fund you?  8)

Finally, you are correct- you or I would be in a cell waiting for bail.  I think the prosecutors know that Soros can buy every lawyer in America and need a better case against him that he would against your or I who might be relying on one public defender...

Then it should be an off book wet op...for the good of the nation.  ;)

It's just me and the frogs, baby!

BTW, you're being a good Dem in building a phony narrative like that. Hillary would be proud!  ;)

Sadly, I have to run shortly... There is only one poster behind this account, and he has plans for this afternoon.  ;)

But you did not answer a single question.  Are Wikileaks likely to be admissible in court?  If not, then using them as proof that somebody should be charged is pointless.

To be clear... I really have not paid enough attention to wikileaks.  First- are they admissible in court after being filtered through a dozen hands "illegally?"  Secondly, are there clear instructions or evidence of wrongdoing- I'm not talking him donating to these organizations.  Does he say "please take this money and pay protesters to smash windows and create havoc."  If yes, then I say you might be onto something.

They would not be admissible in court but would warrant an investigation by law enforcement in the case of a normal person, same with what Hillary did. If I was in either of those positions, I'd be chatting with a detective at the very least. There are two standards.

Yes, if they can be shown to be authentic and they have.

Proof?  8)
Soros was convicted in France for insider trading when Société Générale went public. The conviction was upheld and was fined, but fine lessened upon appeal (he was going to appeal to the ECHR but not they refused to hear the case.) The money was small beer to Soros but it was more about his "global image" (he was afraid the conviction will make people look bad on his so-called "charities" or other business deals in the future. I'm sure like any other international finance guy he has had many other lawsuits (I recall one that finally got dismissed by a way of structuring some companies assets to avoid paying a judgement in another company https://www.yahoo.com/news/soros-indias-chatterjee-win-dismissal-203709508.html?ref=gs
I don't know if anyone, save Russia or Hungary, that banned his "charities," if anyone investigated his political giving or his giving to radical political groups and if not on "the list" would be legal (here.) Much of his stuff with regard to currency manipulation and trading appears to be in bad taste or vulture-like but not illegal (I think.)

Soros is 86 years old.  That in itself is some kind of punishment.  Yeah he's got the dollars to be all comfy and everything but surely, almost being 90 years old would have to weigh on a guy, wouldn't it?  I mean, how many of us would trade our present age to be 86 and the 26th, or 27th richest person in the world?

American Spring circa 2014, after the alleged gun grab by Obama....anyone arrested then for treason?

Not for treason, no. Though I'm not sure treason would be the applicable law to use. That's for enemies of the US itself. Enemies of presidents falls under a different category but is obviously illegal nonetheless.

...We can talk about feminism, inequality, fat-shaming and transgendered people all we want, but occasionally someone needs to mention the white ex-autoworker in Michigan that saw his life implode while people were telling him he needed to "check his white privilege". No one has in a long while, and as a result the rust belt is now red and the great Midwestern middle finger was raised to the liberals guiding the national debate.

Good description of the disconnect.  The way the media/progressives are now blaming this group's motives on some assumed bigotry/intolerance further illustrates it.

Trump is George W Bush without the self-awareness.

George W Bush's grandfather, Prescott Bush, collaborated with Nazi Germany and worked to overthrow the U.S. government in 1933.

Exactly what about Trump's background are you claiming is equivalent? Did Trump do 9/11? Because GWB did.

So Soros is funding the protests?  What's he paying hourly?  I could use a sideline gig on the weekends.  I guess the Trump Presidency is creating jobs already.

If the "hacked" emails were done by a 3rd Party I think they could be used in Court. If they were illegally "leaked" by a government agency or if the police/government hired, hinted, or told the 3rd Party to illegally obtain them than I doubt they could- the 3rd party was acting for the government (but I think could still be used in grand juries and warrant an investigation but not introduced in court.) We are talking criminal stuff here, I think if a civil, IRS, Bankruptcy, cases the various rules are different.
I would also think that any of the emails was were legally released by the FBI or DOJ or DOS per FOIA lawsuits or their, or Congressional, investigations could be acted up (if there was anything illegal there.)
But I am not a lawyer but will play on on BG sometimes. Seek an actual attorney for any real legal advice.

It was the WikiLeaks revelations about satanism and pedophilia that exploded on 4chan and Twitter that some are saying was the tipping point of the whole election. That is what the leftist ghouls want to keep secret from the public who weren't paying attention.

I saw that wave break and I watched the POTUS and the FLOTUS Twitter accounts scrubbing any mention of Clinton in real time.

It was like something out of a film, it was incredible.

From that moment on, everything changed. It was undeniable. Dogs stopped playing fetch. Mice and cats started cooking together. Songbirds began to add extra joy to their every utterance.

#spiritcooking is real. The world has changed.

Oh? The 'American Spring' was called just over two years ago, and no-one turned up.

Why would any of US have told you about The Rebellion? Fuck off. Start your own.

They couldn't be more out of touch. It's like they built a little ideological dreamland where social justice for increasingly smaller and further out there groups of people outweighed the day-to-day concerns of the every day person. They were concerned with the freedom of transgendered people to use whatever bathroom they identify with and ignored that most of us out here in Joe Sixpack land know that something about the economy did not recover from the 2008 recession.

And now they're trying to blame it on racism, sexism and intolerance. All that's going to do is further alienate them from regular people.

I'm starting to think he's really conservative and just doing a parody

Have you looked into researching how Astroturfing is really done? They have apps and relays and shit. Daemons. It's unreal.

It's not just some toothless yokel sitting around in his underwear. There's a scheme.

There were people here who honestly believed that "correct the record" was paying people to post on Bellgab (please note that I was not one of them...)  But IF true, then some on the right must honestly believe that Bellgab has the ear of the nation and has some influence over the vote.

That's not how the scheme works.

Wholly incongruent reply. You are incapable of reality based  challenges to your Neverland worldview so you deflect and demure toward some flippant idiotic retort or callow imagery to mask your utter lack of comprehension.

But go ahead and keep sniffing that glue....

And didn't Trump offer to pay the legal fees of someone who beat up a protester? As for 'wrong'; you'll only know the final conclusion of that in about twelve months/ two years from now. I really hope the USA got it right, because if not, this 'wrong' is going to be catastrophic, and not just unpleasent. His own biographer who knows him very well, said he has the maturity of a nine year old child with adhd.

As for the terrified caption: what other emotion would you attach to his facial expression of a rabbit caught in headlights?

Dr. MD MD

Jackstar just posted this in the Hillary thread but since almost no one is posting there now I thought I'd post it here too:

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2016-11-11/clintons-and-soros-launch-americas-purple-revolution

The Clintons, who both have received millions of dollars in campaign contributions and Clinton Foundation donations from Soros, were, in fact, helping to launch Soros’s «Purple Revolution» in America. The Purple Revolution will resist all efforts by the Trump administration to push back against the globalist policies of the Clintons and soon-to-be ex-President Barack Obama. The Purple Revolution will also seek to make the Trump administration a short one through Soros-style street protests and political disruption.

Fucking devious twat! I want them all strung up!  >:(
