Corsi actually gets quit a bit right. Mueller is a tough customer who gets what he wants as history demonstrates. I grade it - plausible.

You have it exactly right.  It's a frog boil, and they know exactly what they are doing.  Introduce it little by little.  Start with what makes sense.  They add some things that only a monster could object to (how do you argue with 10 unpaid days off being allowed if somebody is the victim of family violence?  They you start adding the other parts and suddenly you are so far gone you cannot see the start line.

I see this tactic in many places and lots of legislation.  Heaven help me for saying this- but we need a "Trump" north of the boarder to get things on track.

Considering Harper was as close as you folks ever got to that I can't see it happening, sadly. The globalists have your populace cucked and inveigled by their own cooperative good nature. Down here the equation depends on street theater and outright violence. That pretty much sums it up and thankfully it's a slower boil than you may think, but that's open to interpretation. That said there are a lot, a lot of Canadian born citizens that are far past sick of it and have seen the writing on the metaphorical wall for a very long time.
