President Donald J. Trump

Trump named Reince Priebus as his chief of staff. He's an insider but one Trump really trusts and appreciates. He even asked him to "say a few words" during his acceptance speech. Trump needs an insider to navigate the swamp so that he can concentrate on policy. Steve Bannon will be a special advisor to Trump. I imagine Kellyanne will also be a special advisor.

Isn't it interesting how as soon as Trump is elected despite everyone's crying and threats, every other country fell in line and our international relations improved over night?
Kind of reminded me of the closing scene fm The Godfather.

Lead on CNN and their website. Bannon is an adviser.

I wonder how many actually voted? I bet most just wanted to show off their skinny jeans.

Correction: I said special advisor but Bannon was named senior advisor to the president.

President-Elect Donald J. Trump is literally the liberal Pied Piper, leading the liberal rats away from political relevancy, leading the liberals to their own destruction.

This is glorious to watch the liberals implode and set their philosophies back so far.

And all the free eats you could dream of...tears, pain, angst.....mmmmmmm

Hush child. But stay indoors as usual, because leaving the basement with that much meth in you is bound to cause problems.

So, pud, do you follow US politics because you are fearful or were you hoping to get a free pony with another Dem win?  Asking for your one friend.

LOLZ...complete opposite...NOW is the time to invest! Great deals in Mexico right now...

I just went to La Roca and got a huge dinner for my daughter and I that would normally cost $40 for around $15! The restaurant is built into the side of the cliff.

La Roca?  I bet you didn't even bring a bag of tacos.  Selfish beast.

Well I guess if Hillary was going to throw it all away for a piece of ass, she could have done worse...

She was waiting in the back of the Trump Limo, right?

I didn't believe it was going to happen, but I was hoping good ole Patrick J. Buchanan would get that post.

Pat Buchanan and Trump are pretty similar ideologically.  He probably should get a cabinet pick, but like Doc MD said age might be a concern.

I'm listening to that REALLY stupid show on Fox called The Five. It's a stupid roundtable discussion show. The biggest Trump supporter on there made the point that Trump broke the back of the Bush/Clinton Dynasty in getting elected. Upon which 3 of the others immediately responded by stating how great the Bush family is.  ::)

Once common core is abolished the real history of the USA can be taught and future generations will know that George H. W. Bush's father, Prescott Bush, tried to lead a Nazi coup against the government in the early 30s when the country was at it's weakest from the great depression.  ;)

I was watching some Fox News show last night called the Greg Gutfield show.  They hauled out Dirk Benedict of A Team  and Battlestar Gallatica fame for his political thoughts.  I really like the guy but really?  Apparently he hasn't been able to work in Hollywood since he came out as a conservative.  He lives in Montana now which is where he's from originally.

I hate Guttfeld! He's the worst. It was good to see Benedict again though! I hope he does get more work. They should do a A-Team reunion!  :D

He should get special allowances though for putting up with Eleanor Clift all those years on McLaughlin Group.

;D ;D Pat is a Catholic and I think they call that "special dispensation?"
Pat attempted this type of campaign once but I think he was a bit too Catholic and religious to some and, of course, the "system" was against him and he wasn't known as a celebrity except in political junkie circles (the kind that watched McLaughlin Group and C-SPAN, etc.) I would like to see him in some capacity. Trump does need to people with knowledge of "inside the beltway" but don't go too far. The people want real change and more devolution to the State, local, and people and not management top-down from DC except for Constitutional things- like defending the border.

It will be curious to listen to "Beyond The Beltway" tonight and what the pundits and experts say. The almost crying and hand-wringing and funeral-like solemness at NPR has been excellent. (I ignore the Hollywood meltdowns, including the frantic texts a female relative is still sending me accusing me, and Trump, of all kinds of stuff. Even though she said earlier she was going to "cut off from her life anybody who voted for Trump" and I never said what way I voted.)

lol that has nothing to do with common core, and a more real history will never be taught in public schools, atleast not in our lifetimes
