Maybe. It's interesting though. I would have thought a dude with the handle of "Stellar" would have been a big Trump guy. Only President in the last 4 or 5 to unass the civilian space program somewhat and even formed a Space Force for the military. You are a Canadian right? What are your goals, and do you wish to seed, embellish, increase, a violent uprising in America?  I agree that censorship or denying the right to free speech is wrong.  This post is more about.  Questioning your source and filtering the lies or information that spawns violence.  Everyone at the moment there is discontent and at the heart of it is disinformation.

I beg anyone who is reading this to think about the source of information whether its youtube, in ink or audio.  Remember Hollywood can edit a video, the ink you read whether digital or or ink can be propaganda and audio can be dubed.  Simply dig deep with your source even I have been misled.  We all need to be careful with our source of information.  I hope I can do better.

Finally, you and I agree. Yes. Question your source. Don't ban those that disagree with it. Think about the source of your information- don't restrict yourself to one view and then declare all others to in need of censorship. As I mentioned- I am politically on the right- but I would say that 3/4 of my news is left. Not CNN-  the left.

I think that you and I disagree on the cause of the discontent. It is not (strictly) misinformation. It runs far deeper than that. The Antifa group has valid concerns- the militia has valid concerns. The moderate person also has valid concerns in this time of government overreach and record spending... A time when banks post record profits while a record number of small companies close and unemployment hits an all time high. And most of the news sources (hello CNN and Fox) are not addressing them- but trying to paper over them while propping up bad policy, wealth transfer (upwards) and career politicians who have been bought off by the same corporations who sponsor / own the media.

So yes. I think that we both agree that people need to think for themselves and not just put themselves in a bubble. However, I believe that people should be allowed to put themselves in that bubble if they so choose.

What I wish to "seed" is people in all countries waking up, looking around, talking with their neighbour / political foe and listening. Overthrowing the governments that have rotted to their very core? Yup. Not through a coup- but through political action. I don't know what it is- but I know it does not start in any of the established parties or with the rules presently in place allowing unlimited donations and a revolving door between government, industry, regulators and oversight committees.

Fake Harris's showing up at rallies, shady Chinese cats releasing first son cock pix every hour for 13 days, CIA directors dying in a firefight with Delta Force trying to protect a server in Frankfurt, America's Mayor holding a presser in an alley out back of a landscaping company, 300 tons of Biden's gold seized in a Ukrainian lair,  a mob somehow busts into the Capitol on the very day that it was threatened by a hostile foreign power and security should have been at its tightest, one of the more prominent attorney's in the country calling for the V.P. to be hung by the neck until dead. Oh...and the Italians have a signed confession of a guy that rigged the whole thing.  It's not been boring but it's drying up.

I agree with this.  There is a strong populist (in the sense of common people vs. elites) sentiment on both sides that has been split into warring camps focused on stupid shit like trannies and racists.  Trump captured a lot of that sentiment on the right but failed in the first duty of a populist -- to be popular.  With four years to prove it, he ended up as loathed and unlikable as Hillary ever was.

I looked into this a while ago.  If I remember right it's usually explained as agricultural, where the main meal ("dinner") was in the middle of the day or after church, followed by supper, and urban where dinner was a (sometimes very late) evening social affair and supper had no use.  So elements of both region and class.
