What if that number is off by an order of magnitude?  It is reasonable to look at that number as an initial estimate in terms of possible order of magnitude error.

That would give a range of 270,000 <-> 27,000,000 which I believe is enough to be significant.  If it is an order of magnitude too high, it would have to be demonstrated that it all happened in one place to make a difference, but if that 2.7 million number is an order of magnitude too low, Wowza...

The important thing to remember here is that before all these reported vote switches occurred the Make America Pate Again campaign has determined that 19.5 million votes for "pate" were switched to either Biden or Trump.  That 19.5 million number is probably off by an order of magnitude, of course.
