Quote from: SoSad on November 08, 2020, 11:37:41 AMBut what about Trump's best friend Benjamin Netanyahu who already congratulated Biden.
Why did BN acted so fast. Where is the love for Trump. This is so strange. So sad.

The ambiguity is intentional.

I am certain you mean "Sowing," Nautical Shore.

You're right. Your correction made me laugh out loud because in my sleep deprived state* I remember looking at that sentence and thinking, 'yeah, that makes sense', right before  clicking 'post'. I guess at the time I was thinking more along the lines of 'distrust being sewn into the tapestry of our democracy' as opposed to 'planting' distrust.

*No, it wasn't a drug induced sleep deprived state. Fucking sewergabbers.

There is something fishy about it.
I would think that Israel would be the last to acknowledge Biden as the winner.

Well, I feel you on the sleep deprivation.  I had a similar thing happen this morning in the shower, I was thinking of BellGab and had a mental "typo:"  BellGab became "GellBag."

I thought it was amusing for some reason, but looking back now find it slightly disturbing that I think about BellGab in the shower...

I like that avatar you are wearing today, hawt!  Is that the same lady that you usually use, or is that you?

Good to see you around;  welcome, Post Often.

I'm still trying to understand the presser out back of the landscaping company [next to the crematorium and apparently catty corner from the sex shop].
How do you even reserve an alley for an event: "Hullo. Landscaping company?  Oh. Great - glad I got through finally. I'd like to reserve the alley out back of your place for tomorrow. We have an event of major importance. Would that be possible? Oh. What's that you say?  It's not available tomorrow because the boys shoot dice out back there on Fridays. It's payday and all.  I see. Most unfortunate. Well how about Saturday at 11:30? It's available! Great. I'll drop the check off then. Thank you so much".

You should know by now to wait 30 minutes for the editing option to expire before responding to my posts. The avatar is always Anna Faris from Smiley Face. I look nothing like her. She barely looks like herself in that movie at this point.

Lol. I'm guessing they picked that spot to show they really relate to the common man. You know, like when you see politicians running for office at a county fair with one foot resting on a bale of hay while they speak to the common folk.

Ha. The setting reminds me of one of Norry's "events" where he was singing outside. There were random people around. A makeshift audio system. And some coolers.  There could be some political significance? Is that where votes were "found?" Or maybe where votes were burnt, if the crematorium is actually near by? Or maybe the landscaping company hires illegals- who also were voters?

I can't believe I wasted time on a beautiful sunny Saturday watching it. I kept waiting for Rudy to go with his patented "You want proof. Here's your proof" and then crank up that door and point to a ballot printing machine or some shit. Pffft.  Nothing but some poll watchers saying that they were obstructed and that proper procedures weren't followed. Which everyone knows already.

I missed that. I have been distracted lately but my initial reaction is to dig deeper into the issue, some things seem to be taken out of context.

Also if you could be so kind as to switch bail to bale in your quote I would be ever so grateful.

"Smiley Face," ah I had often wondered where they all came from.  I see that it is free to watch on Amazon Prime, you have just selected my bedtime movie for me.  Thanks.

I have read your corrections/additions to your original post;  I tend to agree with you.

I find it a bit sad that in yet another election more people probably voted against one or the other of the candidates than actually voted for either one.  Anyone that would celebrate for either of those two shady criminals becoming President is sad.  This is nothing new to me, it would seem that America has had a "Criminal-in-Chief" at the helm for my entire lifetime.  Perhaps not Ronald Reagan, but all the rest pretty much yep...

Nothing will change here, the office of the President will continue to be the laughing stock of the world.  May the biggest cheater win!  Pretty sad that after every election half the country believes that it was a fraudulent outcome.  Why bother voting at all, do they feel better when that handle they pull was for the winner, if it is a fraud if your guy loses isn't it a fraud if your guy wins as well?

I also like the moral equivocation on voting fraud;  a little bit is okay, acceptable and should be expected but "too much" is unacceptable (unless it is your guy that benefits.)

I would liken that to the idea of Sin in religion:  there are not small or large Sins, there is no "degree" measurement on Sin.  Luckily, if you ask really nicely, Jesus will forgive both the most gruesome, heinous and unspeakable acts as easily as he forgives one for lying on taxes...  Hah

I bring religion into the discussion on purpose;  it seems as if a great many people treat politics like a religion where the Party replaces God.  I do not care which side of the isle you are on, that stinks of Communism and I will always vote against that shit.

I think your thirty minutes have expired?

Cheers,

I won’t disappoint you, Pate.  I’m actually Roy Orbison.  I also know K_Dubb is really K_Dubb and Albrecht looks just like his avatar.

Thanks! I don't think I've seen the full clip before. What a motley crew. I love the makeshift set up. Ladders everywhere. The owner with what appears to be a water bottle of urine (I'm sure it is some kind of powdered supplement or something.) Tommee. And fans. A drone! And then the musical stylings!

For sure as America has become more secular that human need has been replaced by politics (or some sort- either a candidate, identity politics, sexual politics, abortion politics, etc) as a person's religion. Some approach a cult-like status and look at the mental problems, meltdown, physical attacks, etc over politics and politicians. Most of whom, unless you are a zillionaire donor, a large tech conglomerate, or banking institution couldn't give a crap about you.

Re: sin. I'm not one but I think the Roman Church used to have at least a basic division of sin: venial and mortal. The Doctor wrote at length about this. So in some circles there are 'levels' of sin. Also one notes Dante's ideas of 'levels' of Hell. There are also arguments and some stuff has been watered down (like views on suicide or allow some moral equivalence in very harsh circumstances- death camps, war, etc.)

It's not like Smiley Face was my favorite movie of all time or anything. When I found this place after discovering Art Bell on the Fine Art stream like...i don't know, seven years ago, I initially started reading the Noory Sucks thread, read the whole thing before even going to the front page. I just happened to watch Smiley Face around the time I memberized myself. So used her as my avatar since I liked the movie. I didn't even know whom the actress was until someone asked and someone else answered.

This is nearly word-for-word and linked by length, the exact same story s/he/it told me.

We talked for a bit, but after we actually became sort of actually friends, this poster stopped talking to me. At all. Hey, I bet some of you already know this, but did you know that there's a rule that says that certain people have to stop talking to certain other people, once a genuine emotional attachment is determined to be present?

I wasn't told, but I actually knew that happened because I felt it. Nice to see you back, by the way. Did you have fun storming the castle?

I literally spotted you from your first post. /flex

Don't feel bad, I'm kind of a big deal around here, and I figured it would have been weird if I ran up and give you a big hug--and I simply thought of you best to have that weirdness pushed forward into the future--so I could leverage that energy to amplify my brand of course, and for no other reason.

What else is important in Life, besides branding? Timing.
