System Date/Day/Time

Yesterday around 12:05AM, my tablet date/time said it was Wednesday.  So, I figured the day had just flipped over from Tuesday to Wednesday, right?

Well, WRONG.  It was 12:05AM but the day of the week had not flipped over to the correct one yet.

Is this common?
