Cramer doesn't realize that the Martian atmosphere is almost a vacuum and that humans cannot breathe that carbon dioxide. Mars has no magnetic field to protect the atmosphere from charged particles which thins it out over time so even terraforming is pointless. Mars was probably always a dead planet hostile to life. No point in even colonizing that planet.
