New Discovery Voynich Language is Welsh from Numerology

Ok, I have been struggling behind the scenes, because of my remarks regarding the possible forgery of MS-408.  To be honest I'm still not sure, however look at this.  I found corresponding words from the welsh language that add up in Numerology to the Voynich Folio 67r2 and Garlic section which was my cipher to start in 99r.
