RCH believes that the astronauts went to the moon.  Because, he asks why would they be mind-controlled to forget, if they hadn't gone?  Possibly, the astronauts were not mind-controlled to forget what they did, felt, and saw on the moon.  They could have been mind-controlled to believe they went to the moon and were just not told anything about what they should have seen, felt, etc.
