Noory & Ed Dames!
I could not stop myself from starting this after trying to listen to Noory and Dames (12/9/13).

This was the most mind fucking, insufferable conversation with Dames, what do you call his speech?    Semi-stuttering, drooling, accent?attenuated but still clearly, annoyingly there, spitting shit out.  Then Noory with pathetic questions, butting in like a spaz convoluting Dame's comments even more.  He loves to always let Dames know how so many write him to say they love him BUT so many hate him, to which Dames should say, "Fucking something" but he doesn't, acting like he could care less, the ignoring the trolls tactic so many of you know how to do.  So because of this Noory just comes across initially with Dames like he's superior because people hate Dames.  His tone is so condescending UNTIL Dames gets going, of course over Noory's head and then Noory just keeps trying to interrupt with bumbling, disconnected questions unable to follow shit.  And it is shit.

It's a duo that truly sucks.

Oh no, not forgotten.  ;)  Jazmunda, truckers, crappy Spooky Matter show, Chunga, government shutdown, toe nail fungus....damn.
I was totally disgusted with Bell's snotty arrogance at that poor guy Chunga.  If I told someone what to call me and they refused I'd ream them a new one!  I thought that show was great minus Bell and didn't miss the old bag who wasn't on.  There were some fucked up things said about that man here as well.  Whotf do u people think u are?

Chunga means several things. It is the name or nickname of several people, including:

Micaela Flores Amaya, a flamenco dancer known as "La Chunga."
Bernard Chunga, former Chief Justice of Kenya.
Moses "Bambo/Razor Man" Chunga, a player for the Dynamos Football Club of Zimbabwe and member of the Zimbabwe national football team.
Musonda Chunga a Zambian political candidate.
The character Nieves Cuesta on the Spanish television comedy Aquí no hay quien viva, whose nickname is "La Chunga."

It may also mean:

Chunga, the genus of the Black-legged Seriema and its prehistoric relatives.
The putative protagonist of the title song of the rock music album Chunga's Revenge by Frank Zappa.
Chunga (fanzine), a Hugo-award nominated science fiction fanzine edited by Andy Hooper, Randy Byers, and Carl Juarez.
Chunga Lagoon, a natural feature in Zambia's Lochinvar National Park.
La Chunga (horse), a thoroughbred filly who won the 2005 Albany Stakes (Great Britain) and the 2006 Summer Stakes.
Chunga Choepa, a Buddhist festival.
Chunga is a fragrance for women created by Weil (his last creation) in 1977, now discontinued. The composition consists of notes: aldehydes, bergamot, lemon, peach, clove, jasmine, lily of the valley, linden blossom, orris root, ylang-ylang, amber, honey, musk, Tonka, vanilla and vetiver.

I spent 55-years in broadcasting in one form or another and content was king until the accountants took over.  Then it was all dollars and cents.  On the news side, reporters and photographers were suddenly considered expenses rather than assets.  Newspapers, and, to a lesser degree, TV had only local news to sell.  By firing local reporters, they cost themselves the only thing they had to sell.  And they wonder why circulation is so far down.

Corporate idiots pride themselves on their creativity, but their creativity amounts to simply copying (at a lower cost) what someone else is already doing.  Or buying something and dumbing it down.

Keith and Art invented the modern connection between radio and the Internet.  They were among the first to experiment with live streaming of a show - at a time that almost everyone was on dialup.  Art's website was an encyclopedia of the paranormal - searchable and with pages for guests and links to their websites.  That was a time when a website address was something like www.gatech.edu/~houser/123/rat_on_mars/dilusional.html and before Google existed to find the topics otherwise.

If anyone can create a new way to share content, I think those two can.  It's going to be interesting to watch (listen) and see.

55 years!  How fucking old are you!?

I loved the show.  I never read up so where was MV?  You guys were a riot when you were just sitting there not saying anything.  The phone issues were insanely funny.  I can't believe you mentioned me, Onan.  My mouth dropped open and I was like, wow that's gonna piss a whole bunch of people off.  And unrelated, why is Arts Parts gone from the top of the page?  Just curious.

When I quote from some time ago it's because I look where I posted last and what was said, in particular I look at the scumbag Pam J posts.  Why not look at them yourself MV.  Major broken rules.  If you ban him I'll donate.

Art posted here he would never go back to terrestrial radio, since he wants to move on to the new future, not backwards.
He considers internet streaming the "future" of radio.
Yeah Morgan, well that little spiel just killed me!  I actually DID love AB.  However, I have had it.  I had a mini spaz out on a night where the guest sucked ass as he blew off the fucking japananese nuke melt down.  I wanted to bash his head in especially as AB just seemed to not challenge him and even suck the guys ass.  I also started commenting in that same vain that the show should be costing listeners no more than fifteenth thents a day OR we should have a reduced fee for only wanting to tune in for Dark Matter when at that point, shithead loud mouth what's his face, the cat who wanted to be on GabCast, whotf is he, the dude who was in the service, he did some retarded recorded thing where he sounded fucking nuts, jumped in and told me that was not the place for me to be discussing that.  Fucking asshole.  Had his own pic in camouflage military attire for his avatar.

Anyway I apologized.  My mistake.  For apologizing.  But goddamn I digress.  Bell is at this point simply delusional.  He fucked up big time and I did not come to this conclusion quickly.  Into the future, please he's nearly 70!  He should have gone back on the radio if he REALLY wanted to come back!  I guess he didn't give a shit about collecting 75 grand for some measly airtime, which according to him wipes him out by giving that 110%.  75 grand for 14-16 lousy hours that he could have socked away for a kid a man that age should not even be allowed to have.  When I see Paul McCartney holding that kid of his hand walking down the street I cringe!  He looks like her great grandfather for fucks sake!  What fucking 16 yr old wants to introduce their raggedy ass looking 80 something year old 'father' to their friends!?  Bell's future has left the building.

Speaking of the future, the bitcoin is really annoying.  The only place it's going into the future is seized by the government.  I remember not only trade/bartering being all the rage in the 90's and using it myself for you name it, until the sleazy government got its scummy paws on it and nose in it.  It's another scam.

Hi Dan. Yes, I did see your review and I read it and squirmed. I explained elsewhere on the forum why the recipes that are in there are so odd. Husband Bill likes turkey a lot, and I actually made him throw out the remains today. Those were his recipes.

There's only so much you can do with turkey.

They never bothered to send us galleys or author's copies, so my name must have been removed between galleys and print. I wonder why? I would love to see a photocopy of that page. Do you think your friend still has the book?

My original book "Cheaper and Better," from 1986 I think, was exactly that.

Yes a lot indeed.  Are you saying Art Bell told you or mentioned it on air that 15,000 people were complaining just about dropping continuously.  I thought nobody was listening to him, but let's use it as base line.  Why don't we project a bit off that number.  How many would you extrapolate from 15,000 plus droppers, were NOT dropping?  Do u really believe Sirius listeners drop something like 9 out of 10 subscribers or just about half, which would mean Bell had over 30,000 listeners the first fucking week!  Wouldn't you like to know you had just a couple thousand listening to spec or bc!

Unless he had 30,000 listeners and only 5000 were not dropping I rest my case.

I will also donate the skin of my first dead Ewok to make a coat for the wife of Sting.

First question.  Is that real! Do you have proof it's not faux fur?  First point.  MOST faux fur is NOT!  The fuckers still keep caged and then tortured many beautiful and smaller creatures adding it to their supposed faux fur that we fucking buy at Christmas time in the form of FAUX FUR collars, scarves, ear muffs, gloves, etc... It is appalling.

Second question.  What if this is real?  What if her grandmother passed it down?  Second point.  Is she not supposed to wear it when it's so beautiful and an heirloom at that.  And if you think that, then think about this, it's a little fucking late for the animals who were killed for it.

Third and final question.  Do any of you eat meat, at all ever?  These animals suffer intolerably as well.  I've been to a slaughter house and I can assure you, you must have serial killer tendencies to work in one.  I could not eat meat for a decade after that experience.  This was in the panhandle of Kansas where we were picking up swinging beef to take back to NYC.  Third point.  When I see meat being marked down and I know the next place is the trash can, I will occasionally buy it thinking I have at least honored this poor creature and that it did not suffer in pure vain.

Off topic, the best most tender meats, like fruit are kept to rot initially which tenderizes it tremendously by breaking down certain proteins.  Don't question anything I said.  Just google it and draw your own conclusions.

actually if you listen to MV on my podcast I did, he said he had on good faith Art received well over 18,000 emails, pretty sure we don't have that number of members here nor the patience during the outages to have wormholed him that many times.  It was a legit problem, deal with it.

Oh I'm pretty sure a good percentage of the worming came from here.  Thus an excellent theory on how the ball got rolling and again I say, a stupid fucking reason to quit.  Not a very legit one at all.  Nobody else quit.  Deal with it.  I have no problem including all the others, not from here.

So Jesus is HAL? HAL is a stalker. He has sociopathic traits, he spent considerable time and effort posting the identity and wherabouts of Lily. He was warned about it by MV (as was everyone). Some who should know better thought he was something of a hero, and so he continued being a stalker. Then he was banned. I think then, it sunk in that MV wasn't joking. Seems he may have made a return...funny that someone who sits in his filth spending hours stalking goes to considerable lengths to disguise his own identity and whereabouts with proxy servers..He has a problem to in answering the basic question asked of him; Who appointed him the position of deciding who should be stalked?

I love to know why this stalker chose me!  And I love the posters chiming in with this creep about someone's personal info! How many retards does it take to fuck up rules and still not get banned?  I have no fucking idea who owns that house.  But if someone posted pics of my place, I'd be pissed!!!
