i agree entirely. every m-thu, 9pm-12am, it's like 1996 again. art's lost nothing. nothing at all.

Why was it that Fine Art got shut down? Was it Premier or was it Sirius that asked them to stop it?

As of this post it's still working.
Currently playing - June 19 1997 - Phoenix Lights

I don't think Art's old shows will stop people from checking out his new stuff. The classics are classics and I'll always revisit them, but I'm not going to miss out on some new shows! I'm excited to hear his opinion on current events etc.

Praise the Lord! Or make that Praise Linden! Thank you does not suffice.
I'm listening to the glorious Art Bell once again, and I owe it all to you.
Quote from: MV on June 20, 2013, 11:18:17 AMNo problemo. This site is the reason the stream had listeners for quite some time. Working on a little care package for ya'll.
by the way, linden... it came to my attention that you were plugging coastgab on the fine art stream. thanks a lot for that. i'm sure it sent us a lot of new users. it's really a shame to see that end.

Hey linden instead of writing The End on fineartstream.com you should have put up the following quote from Art:
"The wind no longer blows, in the End it was Without Direction. Long live the Hot Air. 30" --- Art Bell, October 2010 (the day radio died).

Linden... since u can't stream art any longer, you should consider filling the void by streaming rusty humphries.
Only kidding (if it wasn't obvious).
Quote from: svenn on June 19, 2013, 08:05:00 PMit's been a pleasure serving up steaming plates of Art for the last year and a half.
Sad. Like losing Art all over again. Thanks for the effort, Linden.
Quote from: jazmunda on May 30, 2013, 05:28:34 PMWorks fine for me on a Sega Game Gear.
Works fine with me on Firefox on a Mac
Quote from: Scruff on May 26, 2013, 06:15:34 AMNot sure. We tag the shows as well as possible, but sometimes the web player we use broadcasts those tags in a weird/incomplete way.
So last night around 11 EST I heard a show that wasn't labeled very well and I was wondering if there was more info on it so I can track it down. It was "Coast to Coast AM with Art Bell - 04 Open Lines". It was kind of a G2G show, but had a couple good calls. For all I know I have this already, but it wasn't labeled well enough when it played on the stream. If anyone has any info please let me know - thanks!
Quote from: jazmunda on May 24, 2013, 05:20:35 PMAbsolutley. it was amazing how he handled some of those callers.
I actually prefer the Open Lines circa 96 to 99.
It was that magical time when anything could happen and anything goes. Sure there were loons and a lot of bs but it was very entertaining and Art was the master moderator and enabler.
