Well that one is from here:  http://www.ravnstoebeteknik.dk/catalog.html.  Alternatively, look on ebay for a brass lid on something with a similar diameter and decorate it with a punch.  Sheet brass is pretty soft.

I really don't want to waste a call just on a guest suggestion, or have that become a recurring theme.

I've written emails to her about it. If the idea of Heather or Art interviewing Bill Walton interests y'all, I'd suggest emailing or wormholing her about it. Mass interest in a guest or topic will probably be more of a persuasive factor in getting Walton (or whoever) on.
