I have been on many a duck/goose hunt in below freezing weather, trust me, there are birds that fly when it is cold.

Just, sayin'.

Really?  I swear I was listening to Schrader's show last night ( Monday) and he read the same story on air.

It's like a paranormal chain letter.

There is such a thing as an ant-spider.  It's a spider that looks like an ant, but with eight legs.  Now what if it's actually a rod-ant-spider.  Yep, mind blown.

Trust me, I'm resisting to urge to call in asking if rods could be fallen angels. Pretty sure Heather will ban me aid I try that.
I don't this modern tech, but with Skype you could call in with both theories under different names/voices? Can Skype incorporate voice-changing software and spoofing?

"There's rods everywhere!  The New York State Thruway is closed, man!"

Maybe the rods are transient forms.  They appear quickly, and then transform into something else.  Maybe this explains the elusiveness of rods, and at the same time the overabundance of rubber bands on my desk.

Okay, so rods are Pokemon now?

Why didn't the space aliens give the Egyptians computer technology?

They did...  Their era's Kim Kartrashian broke it.

There was a break-in a few weeks ago at some store near me. News said, I quote, $73K worth of something called "Magic Gathering" cards stolen. I asked some younger relative and he said, yeah, people pay on Ebay lotsa of money for them.  :o
ps: the best, or sad part, local news said a detective who played the game was assigned the case because "he knew about the value of the cards."

Yeah, collectable card games like Magic: THe Gathering, and Pokemon  have been popular for a few decades now.
