who's dr neely?
and what was he arrested for?

side note: isn't "leaking" a "public record" an oxymoron?

DynamoHum

"Rightful Heir" this isn't fucking Game of Thrones.

He's on the LNM network. He's been arrested for domestic battery. What was it, five times across four states?

Keith must remove that save the food PSA.

He should run a mental health PSA...

They're coming for bellgab and they're pissed Neelys records were released. We better just shut it down now boys

She won't do a live show because of the DMCA notice and they're hiring lawyers (plural) to prove in court she was ''handpicked by Art Bell to be heir to his legacy''.

Does that mean Hester won't be back on the air live until this whole thing runs through the court system and she wins?

The records are public. Just because someone found them and brought it up doesn't mean they have any case against Bellgab. They're seriously lacking in legal knowledge.

A google search brings up this Darrell F. Neely. Not sure if it's the right one. He doesn't look like he's capable of tying his own shoes...

In the unlikely event this desperate game of egos reached court, the judge will need to make sure he or she is suitably fortified with a single malt. I can imagine the spontanious eye rolling when HW's brief opens with "My client was destined to inherit the night from her lov..I mean mentor Art Bell. He gifted her the show with its vast audience of almost a thousand regular listeners. My client will prove that she and she alone is Midnight in the desert"

This would be a big tell. Someone can get Art's callsign as a selected vanity callsign, but his license has to be expired or canceled for 2 years. Unless another ham is a relative. If Heath got her license, and then got Art's callsign in less than two years from now, it'd answer some questions and create others.

Perhaps MV2 wants his cut of that subscription money.

Well they did say it was Art's Kingdom she was inheriting.

Would that make Art Craster then?

Too much?

Here's a newer photo:

Not really sure, but I think I see a resemblance. If so, he cleaned up pretty good. Hope he got some anger management counsiling.

Both photos and the arrest records are public documents that pop in in the first few search results. Not sure how discussing them is considered "leaking" or libel or slander.

He is a convenient scapegoat.

Let's say Airyn had a say in who should use MITD..  if you were her, knowing what little we know about Airyn, would you bother fighting Heather? I doubt she'd be loyal to Keith, if only for the fact that she likely doesn't want to deal with what Heather will do if she is.

Another stalling tactic in her bag of clearance bin magic tricks.

LMN (sic - thanks to Heather and Carl) has acknowledged that those arrest records are of the person associated with their "network."

No need to explore that anymore...
