That's why I like the Sierra Soundsâ,,¢.  They sound like a couple guys going ooga booga.

Did you know ravens can mimic voices and sounds? Makes me wonder if that's what people are hearing when they say they hear bigfoot talking. Maybe it's just a raven or crow mimicking you?

Wow, WOTR, Kolchak, K_Dubb, (Doc's hiding out here some where too) and PrairieGhost. are all here too. I feel like I'm back in the   Hoagy thead.
Bluejay, you've been posting some awesome gif''s

Samsquatch tonight - Cool.

Any of you guys ever heard anomalous sounds at night - like tree knocks, or grunty growley sounds  ?

East Texas Big Thicket Cypress Swamps are creepy. Most of what I heard was probably big cats and wild hogs. Occasionally a meth addict

Oh yeah? Why are you worried about me (he asks expecting a setup to a shitpost)?  ::)

Nah, bud.
I was being sincere.

Mating. Yeah, it wasn't a pretty sight and Lord knows I didn't want to go into that particular hot spring after they were done.  :P
LMFAO
I'll bet the fur was flying.    ;D

I've heard some things, but nothing I wouldn't attribute to ordinary nocturnal animals.

“I’ve only seen them twice.”

“We’re Seeing a lot this year. Especially juveniles.”

All is well and right with the world. Well, not all but you get my drift. How are you? Damn, I'm a sociable individual!  :D

Canada?

I think I will end up giving it a g(r)o(w)  ;D
I have looked into getting a LED full spectrum light and a grow tent. I also want to grow some veggies as well.
I think it would be very satisfying to grow your own so I can imagine the pride and subtle hesitation in consuming it once it is harvested.
Washington state. They're big on taxes here. Best bet to grow it yourself. Lots of sun, and keep it watered. Find a strain you like
and go with it. I also grow tomatos and snap peas. (Snap peas are like free candy...to me at least. Good way to beat back the munchies).  ;D

You should have heard the moans and screams!
Those damaged me permanently. :-\

Let's break out the good stuff...

Cheers !

I'm fine.  Same ol', same ol'.
It is nice to have something to listen to at night again.

I prefer a show on red wine. My mother was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer on Tuesday...dead on Sunday...

Holy shit.  I'm sorry for your loss, brother.

Lots of good indie music out there if you go looking for it. Just asked the artist if you can use it.

Hi Winnie.
FWIW - Mr. Winnie is doing an awesome job IMHO.

Hi.   Were the pot people good?  I fell asleep.

Kolchak

He doesn't publish bigfoot photos because he doesn't want "attention," but then plugs his two books?

Bummer. I feel for ya, bro. I lost both my parents in the last few years. My mom first from heart complications and then my dad was diagnosed with lung cancer and died a week after his first chemo session.

Nice.

Yep, The Fog is one of my favorites. Adrienne Barbeau was a guest on Brainwaves. Crazy to think about it and I can mark one off the list.

Yeah, that's the thing. most of the sounds can be attributed to natural critters.
The deer around here will jump the metal guardrail on the bridge. You can hear sometimes when their hoofs hit the rail.
But, there are other times, when something slams a rock, or a heavy branch on that guardrail.
In the fall mainly, but once in a while in the spring.
It doesn't happen often, but I'm outside at night  - a lot.
But anyway, just out of place sounds that a normal person wouldn't notice if they weren't paying attention.
