I watched a recent Law&Order SVU episode which is a guilty pleasure because the franchise used to be interesting with legal stuff. But the SVU spin-off was, initially, just a way to "shock" audiences with perverse crimes but now full-on social programming, which is interesting to see, both in politics and "social issues." Total programming and fun to see how they do it. FCC should get involved, maybe? Haha.

Even Clarence Thomas is voting against racist assholes these days - and this EO was written by racist assholes.  The may, and did, look beyond the body of the EO to statements made during the campaign - and Trump clearly stated he wanted to ban Muslims.  Which is unconstitutional.  Or does that even matter to you?  Probably not.

This is going to be grand when it gets to the Supreme Court. The 4th circuit ruled entirely based on Trump's campaign statements. This means that Ginsburg will HAVE to recuse herself based on the comments she made during Trump's campaign.

There are no rules requiring SCOTUS justices to recuse themselves anytime over anything.  Totally discretionary are their part.
