I wonder if your neighbor described you in terms that suggested such an approach might be wise.
I've moved but could be. There was some odd incidents in that neighborhood. (Former student killed a teacher nearby and some landlord issues, apparently, and a crazy homeless guy who was slashing tires.) University town, ha, but but not good ha. We, sorta, started the craze with Whitman from the Tower. (old timers still claim that a civilian killed him but the police let him get not get press. Also people taking deer rifles from their truck and shooting back, some frats shooting off their roofs even at him. Not mentioned in the later coverage of the horrible event.)

What happened to the squirrel guy?

"My neighbours just blew up my Toyota and now they're shouting 'Death to America' at the top of their lungs.  Do you think you could come over?"  :P

Harry Chapin was inspired to write this... Almost 10 minutes long.

There never was a squirrel guy. You just imagined it.

Chat show guests are the first casualty of war. :(

Probably SRV
That is more likely. I just recall the final event some questionable guy invited from work that I didn't really know who was smoking awful smelling cheap cigarillos saying, "dude, cops." And then -boom- in our faces. He, however, I have to admit was cool customer and, maybe, helped deecalate it because some started to get agitated and some drunk lawyer friends started their bitching which would've not been good (I think any decent cop wants to put down a lawyer, with cause of course!).

I thought you were going to tell us how your drunk lawyer friends threw up on the cops.

(What a letdown.) :(

How/why I never knew about this? Thanks for telling me.

I tuned in for squirrels, and instead I'm getting a primer on homo-erotic expressionism.  It's all good.

Great comebacks, guys. Clever group here.  The old bait and switch, huh. I guess I understand considering circumstances. Sorry, zeebo, about leading you astray

Evening all. :D  I was cleaning the bathroom and listening to Schrader's show and then Noory comes on with Joel Wallach.   I ran down here as fast as I could hoping for a better guest on Heather's show.  I'll take Forschen any day over Wallach.

The guy that was the shooter left a suicide note asking that his brain be studied to find out what was wrong with him. They found a tumor in his brain during the autopsy. Very sad story. Sad day in Austin for sure.

That song never got air play because it is so long. The album is called "Sniper and other love songs".

It was worth the run I dare say, 21.  :)

This was discussed in another thread but all these sick methods of killing are being practiced just south of our border.

Not but I had another party (earlier in my life than the innocuous one mentioned before) that was raided by cops and there was an insane moment where a redneck buddy broke down into a 3-point stance against a rookie cop in my hallway and was going to tackle him in some of kind of drunken game. Cop actually stepped down (these were days when police were cool (actually they still are in my experience) and so I talked him down from coach drills and went back to the others and I overheard the radio dispatch saying "evidence of...of...extreme drunkeness" as the female cop was eyeing all the empty Jim Beam bottles and floated kegs. Pre-law buddy also was yelling about probable cause and what-not. (Not sure how they got into the property and house. But, again, came up from both sides and rushed the place.) Really I think the cops didn't want paperwork.  Just a big talking-too, yelling-too: "we are fucking putting a car out side tonight if any one of you try to leave...." and then the more senior officer about noise, drunk, if people are ok, etc. Good times.

No worries, Tiges, I'm strangely enjoying this show.  And not just because I'm drinking scotch while eating lemon cookies.

How about Ginger or Mary Ann?

I'll take both.  Fuck Wallach and Forschen. LOL  Menage  a trois is my idea of heaven on earth.
