Heater Wad asked by nut job fan"so are u gonna keep the name Kingdome of Nye?" Heater answered, " well as long as I can get away with it, however it goes we'd like to keep it behind the scenes."

She knows it's wrong but does it anyway and tries to get away with it. What kind oF an adult, a so called professional that was given the legacy and been thru all the legal BS already????

So if we follow this line of thinking- the paranormal investigators could be making things worse. In watching The Dead Files, Amy Allen seems to bristle every time she finds out there are teams cruising through these locations, which makes sense.

Yes, and she is right.  Most "paranormal investigators" are just thrill-seekers.  They just want to connect with something otherworldly.  I'm sort of guilty of that but I always set parameters when I investigate.  Since I do most of that stuff on my own, I really don't want to connect with anything dark as I'd freak out badly.  I make it a point to say dark entities are not welcome.  I also don't use spirit boxes.  They are just like Ouija boards. I use a digitial recorder and an EMF meter along with the camera on my phone.  That is all.  Luckily I've only connected with something dark once and that was quite by chance.

If a person ever experiences a haunting,  please do proper research before deciding to call just any old paranormal group for help.  8 times out of 10, the groups listed on the internet are hacks.  Do proper vetting.  Contact somebody like Dave Schrader who has an idea of who the decent groups are around the country.

Ha, Dave said become an Insider with us.  Old habits die hard. ;D

Went ahead and promo'd Time Traveler on the FB group when he said it before I realized that he said Insider, but it's all good lol. :D

He said both.  He started off with Insider and then the next sentence was "become a Time Traveler."

I agree, we have had a team for over a decade, we've seen it all in the paracommunity, if you know what I mean.

Have you ever felt something sort of got stuck to one of you such as, I don't know what you'd call it- like psychic dirt- after you left a location? Or that something followed one of you home and caused problems?

TigerLily

I just popped over to the Heater thread for a look-see. All complaints. Basically HWS. Ah, Bellgab. Never change

An attachment?  Luckily, no.  My good friend who has done some investigating had a bit of an attachment follow him home after we went to Savannah.  We stayed in a condo there and his bedroom seemed to be haunted.  The TV in there would turn off and on, channels would change on their own and he felt like something was attached to him.  When he got to his home, his TV started doing the same thing as the one in the condo. There were other things and he felt generally that something was with him.  It gradually subsided though to his relief.

I had the same issue with a TV in a room I stayed in at the 17hundred90 Inn in Savannah on a different occasion.  Also, my computer battery drained in minutes when I was staying in the room.  It was right next door to the most haunted room in the inn, room 204.  That was the night I saw a wisp of a woman in a petticoat glide by me in the hall into said haunted room. It was unsettling but I got through it and nothing followed me home.

Good question.

Has it ever been determined why technology screws up around paranormal activity?

I think Dave recorded the show earlier today or earlier in the week.  Clever man.  Makes sense too what with him having to be in Salt Lake City in the morning.

Jocko, I shared the link to your post with Karen.  In addition to the station, Karen is keeping an eye out for the Bells, I figure doing a little ground work for her could be very helpful in protecting the true legacies.

At an alleged 42 years old HLW's not too keen on other's rights.

Worst of all, she's screwing people in her life... Not just distant strangers.

I hope she's kept far away from kids.  A bad influence at best.

Makes sense. I don't think Mrs or Mr Winnie have been on BG tonight. They deserve a rest. And he still provided us with a new show. :)

As long as you don't drop dead on the toilet.  It would be a shame to flush your #Logacy upon your passing without wiping.

Yeah, I noticed the last guests had no callers and have come to the conclusion.

Hope Dr. Barry Taff isn't tired of talking about it...but Doris Bither from The Entity case. The reality of the account always gives me the goosebumps.

And on another note, the movie created a palpable atmosphere with that crazy banging background music- made you feel the terror these people must have gone through.

My brother was epileptic until he was 30.  Odd thing was the seizures would always happen when he was reading the Bible.  All of a sudden though the seizures stopped.  What is odd is around that time he was infected with HIV.

The movie was also disturbingly erotic.  In the top 5 of great ghost story movies probably top 3.

Keeping the kids in line? Any of them in hot water on this Friday night? :D

Dr. Taff is the best interview- he just tells it like it is without the sugar coating. Love his personality and how he describes the field lol

Hi Miss Winnie!

GabCast with you cracking open a mic...  That would be fun!

I think Keith explained that there are three DMDN servers...  The stats are for ONE...

Do you think LNM has two or three servers? I don't think so...

Would love to hear Dave do a full show with him some night.  There are not too many people in the parapsychology field that I deeply respect but he is one of them.  He is a fount of knowledge and while I may not always agree with his conclusions, I always enjoy listening to him.
