I captured something very similar once on a ghost hunt. it was saying something about violence, and killing something. I wish I was joking lol. but that low-deep voice sounds almost identical. Gave me chills.

That's my perspective on it.  I think most of the recordings can be explained away as other things but some of them seem demonic...like that creepy deep voice.

That's probably one of the creepiest things I've ever heard in my life. Thus has stuck with me over the last 15-20 years. I figured they would play this. Just as creepy as the first time I heard it. Living, loving this show. Going back to the dark room with candles, my wife, pets, and Art's great show. Glad to see at a glance that everyone is enjoying it. It's better when you go old school though.. Just turn down the lights and lose yourself in the show. Tonight anyway, it's more fun like that.

here is the youtube link to an EVP I captured once. Its a voice saying "help me". Other than myself there were 2 other people in the room. oh and a doll that the homeowners thought was talking to their kids. Enjoy  :P

it says "help me" several times. I have it in normal speed, and then I slowed it down as well.

I went on several afterwards, but nothing compared to that. That experience was actually my first ghost hunt that I did and I can definitely say that I found what I was looking for heh.

While I like the idea of communicating from another dimension, if departed spirits really wanted to communicate from the afterlife: 

#1. Why would they 'physically' hang around a deserted space where few people would be there to hear their pleas?  A spirit trapped in a place seems a contradiction.

#2. Why would they bother communicating a few random words in garbled speech to total strangers?  If I wanted to communicate from the other side, I'd appear at the ear of my sleeping loved ones and enter their (subconscious) dreams.

I think these folks are trying too hard to anthropomorphize the spirit world.
