What was the song on that one?

'Goldeneye' :) .. written by Bono & Edge, sung by Tina Turner.

I will say that watching Gravity in the theater in 3d was great. On DVD it sucked

LOL they sucker you in with the porno goggles gimmick... i saw episode 7 in imax 3D. overall i was let down with the movie but won't get into that. the place was packed, this was about 3-4 weeks after it came out... maybe mid january and once the thing ended and credits rolled, the whole theater like a bunch of zombies silently got up with reactionless faces and made a slow descent to the bin to toss the 3D glasses. it was like metropolis or something.

All quality performers.  I'll give you that one though I can't remember the tune.

Worst song was that Sam Philips song from Spectre.  Lame emo-pop.  I remember that there were stories on Drudge saying it was the best Bond song ever. ::)

It's a funny movie but you must watch it uncut to get the most laughs out of Sheriff Buford T. Justice.
The sanitized, made for TV version is a different movie. You are exactly right.
Wait, let me rephrase that.
The sanitized version, made so they could show it on TV, turned it into a totally different movie.
They cut out Jackie's best parts.

I have to argue about it having the best song but it is close to the top.

Best Songs

Live And Let Die
Goldfinger
Thunderball
We Have All The Time In The World (Louis Armstrong from On Her Majesty's Secret Service)
Nobody Does It Better
You Only Live Twice
For Your Eyes Only
A View To A Kill

All the songs suck after A View To A Kill

how about the "the world is not enough" by garbage... i hated the movie, enjoyed the song. my favorite is actually view to a kill. i have it in my ipod from duran's greatest hits CD and the song fades out abruptly at one point, terrible mix, probably time constraints to squeeze it on the greatest hits album.. it is a hatchet job, fuck you record company!

Well it was fun talking movies & tunes w/ y'all.  Helped me forget whatever loony political theories Hoagie rambled about earlier.  Evening all.  Have a nite befitting a secret agent.

I love Garbage.  I think I do remember liking that one.

It's the fake physics that instantly turns me off to a flick. A dude gets slammed against the wall hard enough to turn him into a pile of mush, and he just gets up and walks away like nothing happened, not even limping.

the star wars prequels are full of this nonsense. also, vehicles stop on a dime like looney tunes. i noticed this in a batman scene i saw from a recent movie where he was on a bike weaving through traffic doing left and right maneuvers as if he were riding a fixed rail, with tron type reactions. wrong universe.

Sophie Marceaux.  I'd have to watch the film again.  If she was hot then, she's not so hot anymore.

I like this girl from From Russia With Love.

Sally Field was always too cute to be foxy.  The all-American girl but she did nothing for me.

Yes. It totally detracts from the movie and just makes it that much less enjoyable.

OK, Mr. Sandman.

I'll leave it to you to lock the door and turn out the lights.

Great to have you back, man.
:D
G'night!

Heh, heh, heh. I'm afraid I have to agree with you.

Now, Sophie Marceau, and Halle were smokin', and played the parts well.
