and the earth is flat.

well considering that current standard for A is 440.... and your human hearing is incapable of hearing a difference between A-442 and A-440 it is highly unlikely that any difference is going to effect you..  coupled with the fact  most record players/tape players etc in the past were inaccurate in their reproduction,  that you aren't going to be able to maintain a perfect standard that would do fuck all to anyone's spiritual snowflake being.

I turned Hoagy off and started listening to video game shows on You Tube. Am I missing any great revelations?  ???

and to qualify myself... I am a musician.... a fretless bass player.   I deal with this shit of minute frequency change thousands.. nay hundreds of thousands of times every fucking time I pick up my instrument, or listen to music for that matter. every fucking day.

Musicians need to give details to other musicians. What kind of bass?

i'm assuming you are specifically talking about the paper written by dr len horowitz a few years back. i think it goes beyond hearing. something a person like icke or somebody would refer to as vibrational frequency, not necessarily the audio range itself. it's like fallout, you don't see it, taste it, or feel it.. you just become exposed to it, then abruptly get sick and die.

I have 4 presently.  My main one is a Jerzy Drozd fretless 6 string bass.  But I have a fretless Fender Jazz bass, and a fretless 5 string Elias bass, and an Explorer style 5 string.  I will post a photo  give me a few secs.

Oh yeah. Even George Martin went to Germany to get all new gear when he started at EMI

post the explorer plz.. i saw a 5 string explorer listed on kijiji this week for $200. it was glossy black and possibly slim. looked like a good deal to me though. i am over my head. in the past 3 weeks i have grabbed 2 guitars, both were ibanez RG series with 24 frets and tremelo system. both came with soft cases and some accessories. i paid a total of $310 CDN for both. i totally fucking scored.

Really? Where are these Explorer basses made? That sounds cheap.

Also, if you can find an early to mid 80s Ibanez Roadstar those are really sweet! Not sure how much they might be going for now though.

The Jerzy Drozd.. and the Explorer.

The Elias, and Fender... and I don't have the Les Paul anymore.  I traded it soon after that photo for a Yamaha MoX6 keyboard.

when they were remastering Abbey Road, a copy of all the tracks got leaked and a buddy of mine got a hold of them from a teacher of his. I went over to his house, got high and listened to Paul McCartneys headphone bleed. It was fucking amazing lol

Nice stable! I used to have one of the last Fender P-basses to be made at Fullerton but sold it a few years ago. I still kinda miss it sometimes  :'(

If I ever have time to pick it up again I'm going to go stand-up double. I just love that sound!  8)

too many musical influences to name them all.   The Jerzy Drozd bass is my pride though.  It is a custom job that had me eating noodles for a long time to save for it.  Hell it took years to find the right builder, and then more years before I pulled the trigger.. then a 2.5 year wait until I had it in my hands.  But I selected all the flamed maple blanks myself, and everything is to my particular specs etc.

I'm always amazed at how clearly defined everything sounds in a George Martin mix. Nothing ever gets lost or muddied unless he wants it to  ;)
