I knew a guy I met on leave from the Army that ran His Rail off water in the 80's . I saw it . Totally legit . He died of a heart attack . His records well another story ! MAde the news it is on youtube !

I'll watch later but I remember him...it. He was on the news and, I think, even the Tonight Show demonstrating his engine. I don't think it was ever totally flushed out and verified by the scientific community but he had apparently struck a deal with a company and was celebrating at a restaurant with some execs from it when he took a drink and then immediately grabbed at his throat and ran out of the room, screaming, "They're trying to kill me!" He died. I've never heard anything about it since. 

You really think it was legit?

Is there an end to any Oath ? I have been in 2 branches of the Military and Held a very High level of Clearance . I have worked for 3 different Fed agencies . I have the DD214s and SF51's to prove it !
