I just listened to the Feb 2nd interview with Stanton Friedman, and I’m tempted to clock Richard and Stanton to see how much time each one spent talking.  It sounded like RCH talked through 50-60% of the interview, and stepped/trampled on every one of Stanton’s answers at least 2-4 times, usually to make a stupid/irrelevant remark.

This guy’s never going to learn how to conduct an interview because he thinks he’s the guest on every show.

You think you've got it bad, I was taking a swig every time Hoagie mentions:

* one of his 'dear friends' C. Sagan, A.C. Clarke, R. Heinlein, or W. Cronkite

* an obscure detail about space exploration that he understands better than anyone else

* obvious artifacts on celestial objects, revealed through his skilledl post-processing & educated eye

C'mon if you had an esteemed guest with a lively and brilliant mind, would you ask him about great concepts of culture/history/technology he's familiar with?  Nah, of course not - instead take a half hour explaining to him the latest astronomy news.
