My local "news" just had a story about how one of the local Alamo Drafthouse (a movie theater where you can eat and drink) is having special "women's only" screenings for the new "Wonderwoman" movie. Promoted as a good thing, of course. Is this even legal? And what about the other 49 non-male, straight genders? Is that discriminating against them?

Now a story of a business giving up fighting against graffiti and giving a wall to a neighborhood black activist group upset with "gentrification" of the neighborhood. Business was able to get a provision that they get to approve the graffiti "art" designs first.

Thanks for posting this. I sent to some engineers and scientist friends and they got a kick out of it. It is so bizarre. Do you think in China, or India or almost everywhere, that teachers think math and science is misogynist or racist? And wonder why our companies supposedly need all the HB1 Visas and why our children score low in international survey in many areas? And our school also have "dumbed down" curriculum and focus much of the teaching, in any subject, as more of a focus on sexual deviance, "bullying," and anti-racism. The books are often no longer the classics but weird modern works written by leftists and at a very "easy reading" level. Visit a school these days and it is all posters about "no place for hate," homosexual or "questioning" groups, posters saying counselors are available, and "science" contests about "green" or "no hate" type of stuff. Games that might involve "touching" are banned at recess, ball games are banned due to "potential injuries" and "people being left out." And mini-UN and various "clubs" about green, LBTQIG, and so on.  It was commented to me by a relative a few years ago: "oh, we spend more time on anti-bullying stuff than math."

Are we are going to reach a point where grammar, math, literature, science, history etc etc can't be taught because it "offends" someone because they are racist, sexist, classist, bigoted, xenophobic, capitalist, etc?
