even if the investigation will be still going on, is that possible ?

Yeah I don't think you can pardon someone before you are even indicted.

It's counterintuitive, but GS is right.

Yes. Nixon had not been convicted when he resigned.

By gum.  You're right. I had a brain fart.  Well shit.  That should have never been allowed unless he was convicted. What was the precedent prior to that?

Not sure, but it appears you are pardoning the commission of the crime, not the indictment or conviction.

Still if Obama pardoned her that would be admitting some sort of guilt in a way?  She'd have to resign, I would think, which would leave that loser, Tim Kaine, as President.

well fuck mine as well pardon her now then

I think Obama hates the Clintons. My guess is if she wins she will be pardoned by Obama to protect the Denocratic Party. If she loses he will let her be hung out to dry.

Just my gut.

I dunno if there was one, but I do know that a SCOTUS decision from long ago established that to accept a pardon is an admission of guilt which is what Ford used to justify it.

Now that you mentioned it, I do seem to remember that.  Somebody probably has it in their private museum somewhere.  I can't imagine that he would be too happy about that.  They should make a ghost story about that.
Probably those same assholes that have Geronimo's skull.   ;)

GS is like a White House correspondent here, hahaha

Do you think the undecided are going to vote for Hillary?  The last thing I would want if I was truly undecided is to go through all that shit we through in the 90's again.  I think this hanging over her could sink her chances for this election.

Just a friendly reminder

Johnson was an idiot today when he was on live being asked to weigh in on the FBI memo. More so than normal. I thought he pledged to stay off pot while running for office.

=Schlyder=

LOL Hillary wants the FBI to release the information on Humas's devices...... why not have Huma tell what was on them?

mikuthing01

I voted for Johnson in 2012 i just did not want to vote for Romney :-[

>dat feel when you realise you voted for Americas Justin Trudeau, kill me now

It seems so. That's important as far as the popular vote goes.

They are probably still all available online in her yahoo account. She probably downloaded a copy using something like outlook or thunderbird.
