Why street protests don't work

I agree with what they wrote for the most part. Definitely when it came to the Occupy Movement. This is where I saw wrong with the Occupy Movement it had:

No direct message- they where all different not one core message

No press speaker- with the MSM the way it is today you are better not speaking to them unless you have a person who understands how they work. They are controlled by the 1% like the Occupy Movement had a chance. They did their best to make people look dumb and lazy.

Where not willing to give up their lives- in Egypt and Libya not only where they Libya took up arms.   

Military/police was never on their side- if the police and military are willing to hurt peaceful protesters and no charges will be brought against them well that says it all.

Well they might not work the way the people want. They do show others that some people are not scared to flex their first amendment. This shows others that it is ok to stand up against things that you believe are wrong. A lot was learned from the Occupy Movement and is being put in place for the next one which is coming mark my word!!1

You know how then a company has a problem and some one needs to speak to the press. They use certain people because they know what to say and how to say it. When you saw interviews of occupy they found people that new what they wanted to say they just did not have the understanding how people will pick at every little thing. If you spend your life in front of a camera you know how to handle it. Well when you do not you will stumble make mistakes. Like most people on this site. Now they are mostly intelligent people, take someone put a camera in front of them with people they do not know around them and watch how they stumble. Then watch someone who knows how to handle it make them look like a fool. You see it all the time, people think they can do it and fail. This is what I was talking about a press speaker!!1
