I know this wasn't directed at me, but as an answer to the question:
I'm on salary, and don't have fixed hours.  I have a never-ending pile of work that I prioritize and plow my way through, and can and do work all hours of the day - doesn't matter when I do it, as long as my projects are turned in on time.  I usually work well beyond what would be considered a "normal" (ie 40 - 45 hour) work week.  I pop onto BellGab when I can - some days more than others, and often during breaks.
