Once again, you make assumptions that I'm just sitting there & have done nothing to help. I had a pressing bill to pay, pawned my Go Camera to get money to do it, gave Kathy $ 20 for gas and money for a slice of her favorite pizza at Blondie's in Berkeley after I had gotten her to park and calm down.
She had been yelling at me, other drivers, and bicyclists and pedestrians. I'd had a bad night and wasn't up to driving and my knee was aching.
Earlier I had found out how to get a title loan on the car, talked to her girlfriend to enlist her help with packing, we went to the housing office but its closed on Fridays.
I got her to calm down and after a long talk she did. There may be something we can do but I told her that there's nothing you can do on a weekend and to relax and start taking the steps to move and deal with the stress as best you can.
I am very good with dealing with bureaucracies and far better at many things than Kathy is. She tends to panic & fly off the handle under stress. I do at times as well but I was reading the Noory book & listening to the show and and all the while thinking how best can we deal with this. I cannot abide screaming well. My parents screamed at each other in front of me for years.
Reading is how I use the time to think.
Once she had her pizza and found a bathroom and calmed down a bit, she was much happier.
I've been dealing with one crisis of Kathy's  or another for 38 years with periods of not seeing her at times. I'm ALMOST used to it by now. 😱😳😀
I'm not being callous about the matter. I am the logical one in our reliationship, most of the time anyway.
Once she got back to my place and we both talked to Patty again, she also felt better.
All of this will take time and it's going to be stressful for the 3 of us, even Kathy's cat who will have to live here if need be. She was here a couple of and was  frightened of the other cats who were merely being curious. I have the sofa bed and if neccessary Kathy can sleep here or at Patty's until she finds
a place. Biggest problem with sleeping with Kathy is she snores. Loudly and a lot & I can't sleep while she does. It's one reason, among many why we live apart; we love each other but we're too set in our ways and drive each other nuts.

Better than Hillary or Jeb!  President Senda would force alien disclosure or die trying.  Richard C. Hoagland would be the new head of NASA.  George Noory would be new head of the FDA.  Area51Drone would be Vice President.  All welfare programs would be cancelled due to suddenly being unneccesary.

No, there'd be no forcing. I would get detachments of troops loyal to the Constitution, go to the agencies involved, arrest the secret government types and try them for treason. Problem with Clinton is he didn't have the power to declare a national emergency. I would. And would fire or arrest the top 3 at the NSA, CIA, etc. and would cull out the deadwood Secret Service types & take other steps to restore the republic back to the people and would invade and secure Wright Patt, Area 51 & all shadow government centers and take them back as well. Congress gave Obama the power to take over for evil purposes. I'd do it for good and disclosure technology would truly transform the world not the bs " transformation " that this incompetent occupier of the Evil Office keeps talking about  to the pint of being obsessed with it.

You do your best thinking while listening to Noory and reading his book.  But anything Kathy says is an annoying distraction.  If you were anything even remotely resembling a human being you would have put the damned book down and given Kathy your undivided attention.

Pawned Camera and title loan on car. It appears that you and Kathy are in desperate need of funds.
How much would you borrow using the car as collateral and is there a plan to repay loan?
Is there a loan with a lien on the car now? If so, be very careful putting a second lien on the car.
If first lien loan amount is low and you default on second loan, they can take car and pay off first loan.
