Falkie has an air conditioner that works but it can"t keep up in the terrible heat.  He claims to be on the verge of heat prostration,  whatever the hell that is.  I guess his prostate is overheating.  I suggested that he should build a simple frame, hang blankets from it to minimize the cooling area of the room.  My wife and I did that when we were poor college students and lived in this crappy mobile home we purchased.  It worked very well.  Falk informed me he couldn't do this because his housing authority wouldn't like it and because "there is nothing to hang the blankets on in his livingroom."  I'm glad Falkie lives in modern times.  His survival instinct is minimal, and if he had lived in more primitive times, he'd have been eaten by wolves by now.  Big black wolves ( not racist, that's the color of wolves in the olden days, you A-holes.  STFU, buy Falkie a new ipad, clean his toilet, and build him a tent).
