I'm all for rehabilitating certain convicted criminals BUT this is ridiculous. Theoretically an embezzeler could get to the final stages of being given a job in a bank and then the bank has to go through the whole interview process again. Senda would have gone from interview to interview, so close and yet so far.

When I had my own business, I refused to bid on any contracts that required me to have employees living and working in California.

The people I know are fine, but having said that, they're older people and mainly from out of state: New Yorkers, Wisconsin, Oregon, Kentucky, East coast, and moved because of military service and/or their job. People are people wherever they're from, I've said before the light rail has all life there. The good the bad and the downright ugly, and I wouldn't travel the lr at night.

There seem to be zillions of cops sitting in cars pulling people over, yet every day seems to have people reporting having their mail stolen. I know its being at the right place at the right time, but they seem to have enough spare cops and cars to chaperone some mid town open air concert.

Yeah, the taxes here are crushing. Which wouldn't be so bad if there was evidence the roads were in decent shape, and a lot of the place didn't look like a rubbish tip.

I see. Writing your own, unproven accusations while citing a Fox-news article in which its content was modified to fit someone's personal views is "Fair Use." George Senda has never worked a day in mass-media law, or he would know to use the word "accused" unless charges become convictions in a court of law or pleaded out, but declares a group guilty when such has not been proved.

Fox News should be pissed about that. No defining line appears to exist between its reported content and what someone decided to use while injecting his own "judgment" sans due process. And if that Senda guy has a criminal record, he might want to think again about what he accuses others of being. That could catch up with him and he will be in a hard position to b*s his way out of it. I'm sure he knows about the law -- being on the wrong side of it at times.

Yes, after reviewing this thread earlier and have read those who try to report something. Know that only the intellectual-property rights holders can report infringement or take legal action. From what I know, which may not be much, it's unlawful for those not holding such right to make some copyright -- or modification of content outside of obvious satire or parody -- complaint.

You must contact the rights holder or holders themselves and let them know what you suspect. And where to look. They are the ones ones to take action if such is needed to get done.

Your typical reply could be: "Thanks for bringing this matter to our attention. It was turned over to our attorneys for any action, if determined."

That is one of the problems with California being part of the Union. People leave there once they get tired of it or can't afford it anymore and then move to really nice places - only to ruin them by voting for the policies and types of politicians they just moved away from.

Look at the current situation in Austin, Colorado Springs and Denver.

Cousin is too stupid to realize there's a 3-hour time difference between east and west coasts and was in the habit of calling me at 1:00 am.  Blocked all of them on facebook page and phone.  Cousin spends all her spare time at Disneyland.  She's fucking Goofy.

Most of the people who live in the Bay area and L.A. county are the worst. If California got rid of the bay are and L.A. the state would be a little better.
