He said he receives Suplimental, which I posted two links a few pages back, that explain the differences between SSI and SSDI.  With Suplimental Social Security, you have to be very careful, because it is not like "earned through payments taken out of your paycheck" Social Security, for which you have to have worked on the books, and paid into for a minimum of 10yrs.

So then, and excuse me for not seeking it out on the thread, can we assume that Falkie was not eligible for the disability portion of the benefit then? I'm my friend is totally confused.

I think you must have forgotten who you are talking about here. This is Senda. When they see him waddling up to the counter they'll try and take him for as much as they can get while he's blinded by the thought of all the shiny objects he can get with the money, even if he's paying 70% interest.

1976...my dad left us, and my Ma moved us to Billings Montana to be closer to family.  Although an uncomfortable situation, I liked it there..beautiful area really.  We only spent a year there, but I'll remember it always.  I met some kids in my neighborhood, Emanuel and his sister Lily.  They were the first black kids I ever met (that's not racist, that's just what they were).   They were very nice kids.  Lily got hurt and suffered some serious head trauma when she fell off a guard rail and hit the concrete at our school.  We moved away before I knew how/if she fully recovered.   I think of them often and wonder what ever became of them.  huh?  Sorry 'bout that.. back to business...up yours Falkie!

why has not the fire Marshall, the welfare people, the county health official, mental illness advocates, law enforcement, animal control, been to Casa Senda at the hacienda to check on Falkie and his welfare ?

I hope your right.  Even Kathy left him since he got involved with C2C.  Not saying that there is any connection, just seems odd that he got himself all worked up about an imaginary career, and shortly there after lost Kathy, lost interest in his musings thread, lost interest in his Send-a-Casts with MV,  quit doing everything that was fun for him, lost interest in his own home videos, and now here we are with "my groceries" and "my new things to add to my clutter collection" videos.  I feel bad for him... really.  He went after his imaginary career, and lost everything that made his life fun before, it seems to me.

The crone made a scene and embarrassed him, without receiving any backup from the employees there who later lied and kept him on hold for half an hour when he called to complain. Let me put it in layman's terms: George treats others how they treat him - like the polite lady who knelt down and couldn't stand on her own, so The Master found a chair and helped her to her feet, remember her? That's an example of the kind of man he is, the person the Circle of Trust (plus Justin) is privy to. This latest one though, I hope the cart went out of control for the crone and it ran over her head moments after George left the store.

They were reasonably priced at $25 each but there were only 100 available and I just did not get logged in on time.

I think what is being missed is the fact that he had to throw away a bag that he spent his own quarter on.
That bag was one of his very important possessions and because of a faulty chicken container it has been ruined.

Before the state wide plastic bag law went info effect, some individual counties had their own bag fees but the deadbeats living off the rest of us had their bag fee waived.  I'd be pretty surprised if Falkie is required to pay it

I'll bet Falkie is thinking of not reporting that. Falkie, since I know you read this thread religiously I will tell you that the IRS has a computer program that matches 1099s to 1040s and if there is a 1099 without it being declared as income on a 1040 then it automatically gets flagged.  You make skate on your other grifting and not reporting written off debt on your 1040 (although you were probably flagged for that since the bank sends the Feds and you a 1099-C when they write stuff off). Trip enough flags and that will trigger an audit even if your income is low...

Falkie should actually be fine, as far as the IRS is concerned.  Everyone gets a personal exemption (for 2016 it's $4050 each) plus a standard deduction ($6300 for filing Single), so Falkie's first $10,350 is income tax free.

He would owe social security tax on 1099 income over $400, but he can offset whatever he gets from Coast by deducting his internet bill and any computer related items he bought in 2016.
