Here is a new food-based idea that I got just looking at the last several posts and will tie it all in one big loop for Senda.

Make the recipes in George Norry's Midnight Snacks book, yes, every last one of them using each and every recipe ingredient.

Next, dress Sweet Kathy up in a bikini, or a one-piece swimsuit will do, and she can taste test the finished food product. 

Give it a rating.  Also, read the recipe ingredients as a voice over. 

You will accomplish so much, and you will not be copying Jason.

Uh, excuse me, but the fact that Falkie gets by on a low fixed income is exactly why him eating a bag of chips is more entertaining than some slob who can afford TWO bags in a versus video.   Falkie turns two bags into TWO videos!  When you can't even afford a single bag of chips and yet you buy two anyway, that takes balls.   There's a bit of danger in everything that Falkie does, and it shows as he scarfs down the Lays.  You haters and trolls only know one thing - kick a man and kick him again when he's down.   I'm sorry, but I support the CHIPS #1 and CHIPS #2 videos 110%.      If Jason were so great, he would get himself on that exercise regiment that Paladin worked up for The Master a while ago, but he doesn't.  Here's a guy who has tons of time, lots of income and decent enough health, and he squanders it.   If Falkie wasn't in such horrible health, he would lose the weight with exercise and he would have a house of his own.   Unfortunately with the bum leg, he can only lose it by not eating, WHICH HE HAS BEEN DOING, and also because of the leg, he can't work, as he has explained numerous times to you trolls.    Jason should be kissing Falkie's rear end, and he definitely should give of all his youtube monetization to The Master for copying him, IMHO.

I filmed this while sitting in the downtown Martinez, Ca Starbucks & have NO control over what is played on their interior music system & at NO time did I attempt to monetize the audio or lyrics of the song heard in the background. It is impossible to remove it or turn the volume down because it is controlled by Starbucks & their music network at a remote location not inside the store. NO copyright infringement was or is intended or implied.

Falkie once again displaying his complete lack when it comes to intellectual property protection.

According to Falkie, simply putting TM after his creations trademark them.  No one else can then even refer to it, let alone use portions under Fair Use.  But him reading someone else's news articles verbatim in a video and posting it is Reporting.  He can make and sell T-shirts with Art Bell's image.  He can use all sorts of props - hats, t-shirts, junky 'collectable's, and now 'products' - in his videos.

Now, if something is playing in the background it's not infringement, apparently unless he attempts to monetize it (isn't that what these videos are all about?), or unless ''copyright infringement was or is intended or implied'' (whatever he thinks that means in relation to his videos).

In other words he has an excuse for everything, and the law always backs him up.

Excuse? Pah! He's too modest to mention it, but after his medical degree he did a post grad in law. He's therefore almost qualified to apply to be a coroner. He chooses to be a sponging twat, he could get a top job anytime.

I just watched a couple of his videos, he's actually rather charming and endearing - a sort of anti-Falkie Falkie, if that makes any sense. It just shows up The Fat One (tm) for the self-centred low-life that he is. It seems that a lot of these YT types form friendships and alliances with other people. Senda has been on there for years but is a total unknown, and whenever he sees someone he has something in common with, he grouses about how his 'act' is getting ripped off. What a slob.

Did Falkie ever give the delivery person her tip?  I only ask because in a video he said not doing so would be cheap, and that he isn't cheap.  I suppose the possibility exists that he actually is cheap, and was lying about it.
