That seems to be a common occurrence for the "Master."  Complain bitterly to the manager about a meal (after eating all of it) so that the manager will offer him a complimentary one.

WTF, I can count on one hand the number of times I have complained about a meal and gotten some type of discount....but then again I do not eat anywhere that has Casino in the name, if you do you should expect to get the shits.
