There were absolutely zero libelous claims made the other night on the podcast. None at all.
There might have been slanderous ones.

Libel and slander claims get tossed around aplenty by internet retards, but the barriers to action are quite high.  In Senda's case, he would have to show that his reputation was damaged and that he suffered a loss of some kind as a result.  I don't see how Senda's reputation could possibly be damaged by anything.  It could easily be shown that his market for begging has increased as a result of the stories, cartoons, and videos posted about him.

How would any of this affect his livelihood, considering he makes $0 from youtube and $850 from the gubbment dole?  What was slanderous?  That he claimed he was friends with Richard Simmons?   That he wasn't born in Pittsburgh, which he admitted already?   That he dodged the draft and just came out and admitted it to everyone?    George pushes this information out to everyone, he does this to himself.   To top it off, he continually lies and tells half truths about things.  People just regurgitate it all back at him.   

If I were to counsel George, I would tell him to publicly apologize to both Chefist and Little Chris for calling them pedophiles.  You all might recall when George CLAIMED ERRONEOUSLY that I accused George's forum administrator (you know the name, I'm not even going to repeat it) of the same because he regularly visits Guatemala, a hotbed for child molestation, and even though I NEVER SAID anything of the sort, I publicly said how I felt that accusation was disgusting and false.  Honestly, child molestation is NOTHING to joke about.  George needs to do the same thing.. denounce it, George!

How much does this cost to actually go to trial against Falkie (if he actually chose to wake up, get to court and fight it)?  I don't know where Chefist lives, but I assume he will be hiring an out of state lawyer at $150 / hour + assorted expenses.  I assume thousands to tens of thousands if he actually put up a good defense and counter-sued.  (And, fortunately, Falkie has nothing better or more pressing with his time to do than file a counter-suit...)  Maybe they can both make out well financially and appear on judge Judy (I would actually watch that.)

On the other hand, not my money.  It is just free entertainment for me- so I say "bring it on."  It is absolutely worth it.  I hope during the trial the info that was passed on the Chefist and the sources are publicly identified as well...   Come to think of it- this may be the only thing that could get me to donate to George... A counter-suit where I could sit back amused for countless hours (I would ask that he tape the proceedings.)

The ac works. All I have to do is put the vent in the window though what I really need is apiece of hard plastic or wood that I can screw or clamp or clip into the aluminum window frame so that I can put it into the window frame when it gets hot and take it out for winter.

It was 86 here yesterday. I only left one fan on when I left to go to the store ( it gets too hot in here with only one fan on ) and had to walk back with a shopping cart ( shut up haters )  because the clerk at Safeway did me an incredible kindness and I couldn't carry everything and even pushing the cart, my knee and left side ligament hurt all the way home.

I started putting things on the counter and told her I only had $33.00 and change in my bank account and that I was not sure how much I could buy and that some stuff would have to be put back.

I did NOT ask her to do anything when she said :

" Put everything on the counter and * I * will pay for the difference ! "

My jaw dropped and I said :

" I couldn't do that. I can't repay you until I get my money on the 29th. "

She then said for me to go and do the same for someone if I saw them in need and that she would NOT accept my repaying her.

So I went home with a bag of oranges, 4 cans of soup, orange juice, chili, lettuce, tomatoes, bell pepper ( $2 for ONE bell pepper ! 🙀🙀🙀🙀 ) and all kinds of stuff I couldn't have possibly have bought and after I thanked her profusely and G*d, I got home and put everything away and took a shower and a nap and won't have to worry about food for awhile.
