Art Bell Quits Dark Matter

Given Art's message on BellGab and his Facebook the other day it baffles me as to why Keith would pick up this blog article about the beginnings of the #FreeArtBell campaign. Doesn't that send a mixed message? Or is the story a plant to take the focus away from the actual genesis of the campaign?

Maybe I'm reading way too much into it. I do love a good conspiracy. There are no coincidences. Or so a moron once told me.

I thought the movement got started with that GabCast.

I love animals. They're great for eating. I hunt deer, they can be dangerous. The same people that get animals euthanized are the ones that "love" them so very much but can't afford to have them neutered or spayed. I hate this argument.

I wouldn't own a dog or cat that wasn't spayed or neutered. Anyway, huge animal over here

Back then I hadn't had a pet since I had my dog Louie at 12.
I literally didn't know anything about cats and even had to figure out what food they ate.
And while I could have afforded to spay them ( all 4 were females )  I didn't know you had to.
What gets me is with millions of strays around and millions of unneutered/spayed dogs and cats being allowed to roam free, irresponsible pet owners have this weird idea that its somehow " unnatural " to spay/neuter their own animals.
They'll spend thousands on their pickups but not take their cats or dogs to the local shelter to get them fixed which really doesn't cost that much as many shelters have low cost programs.
Maybe we should spay or neuter the owners as well.

You think that's ugly, just cruise the aisles sometimes at the local Walmart. Some of the people there are downright scary.

As for swearing, sometimes you have to swear.

If you hit your thumb with a hammer or drop it on your bare foot, I doubt yer gonna say :

" Oh, darn. That really hurts. "

Same when some guy hits your car in the parking lot and drives off as has already happened twice with our Prius. We're not happy about that at all because the car looked inside and out as if it came from the showroom and now we have a huge scratch/dent on the left side back door and rear quarter panel area.

I think people think if you drive a hybrid you must be rich.

If only ...

But I'm sure a certain percentage of people do it because they either don't have insurance or don't want to see their rates go up.

I have this fantasy that the reason art asked us to stop with the free art posts is because Sirius told him to call off the wolves and they will release him from the nc.
