Thank you it was a spur of the moment call that I was not adequately prepared for. Story of my life actually. I left work early with a migraine. Was lying in bed and thought what the hell. I opened Skype. Called the "number" and he picked up after a few rings so I just held on quietly whilst he finished the other call.
