I'm not pulling a Norry-Ouija thing but I plan to plug this contraption in soon. Just need to check with some people. Probably will plug it in to my generator with a long cord and try to take some video. I googled the lady who owned it and I guess her stories of Hollywood, NYC, and world travels and partying with stars were true. Wish I would've talked more with her before her death now. She had some pictures of Monroe in her apartment (some ex-boyfriend of hers went out with her for a time) and also, oddly, Steven Seagle with some sensei/teacher Buddhist type of guy that she said "knew for years". She was discovered by Bob Hope and then later became quite famous (in those circles) in Astrology and "past life regression." I recall lot of mail in her place addressed to a prominent Republican fund-raiser who consulted with her for Astrological readings and "regressions". He paid rent on her apartment until she got a house and received mail there (possibly a residential tax dodge because I think he primarily lived in another state). It wasn't Rove but I forgot his name. And one last weird thing. Her son was in the tv show Dark Shadows. Here is her imdb but lots more on the interwebs and Amazon.com. I guess her books still popular.

Oh for fuck sakes. This is a re-thread. You posted the same picture of this about two years ago.  Nobody Knows!

I'll tell you what it is. It's a barnsworthbaxtew19eatgott2-prodmod 14. And they still don't work.

Sorry how offended you are. It wasn't a re-thread (whatever that is, is that like what they used to do with old tires) but an update on the same old thread. Recently was seeing the Joshua P Warren (no period after the P) thread with his new "wishing box" for sale and remembered this thing. So looked up the dead lady who owned it and got fascinated that her stories were true and, apparently, she was big in the "Hollyweird" world and Astrology scene. I never plugged the contraption in though and was never sure what it would claim to do (she died of cancer so I guess it blows that theory out, if she tried to use it, which I doubt cause was buried deep in her garage and her cancer was quick and was taken to the hospital and hospice very quickly. Who knows?) I just reckoned that some people might like an update on the weird contraption and the previous owner. And no tumeric or sales involved.

But, just on account of you, I will not plug it in and will not save the world, cure cancer, or at least see a cool explosion for everyone. OK, now? Feel better? Go retread some tires now.

Looking up the plasmatron tube, it doesn't seem to have been put into actual production.  The tubes made for testing were used for audio amplifiers.  The tube in the photo looks more like a klystron tube to me.  Klystrons are transmitter tubes,  and a transmitter tube is what a Rife machine would need to produce frequencies. I'd be very careful with the thing until I understood what frequencies it produced. I'd also be concerned about how much heat it would generate.  Klystron transmitters in TV stations are frequently water cooled.

Yeah. Klystron tube was mentioned a few posts back. Didn't you read that?

All I know now is, the world isn't coming to an end... Thanks KSM32... now I have to go to the family reunion next month.

As I'm one of the ones who mentioned the Klystron tube a few posts back, I do believe that I read that.

The metrics on the dials seem a bit arbitrary...
