It's worked wonders for Chaz Dean's bank account.

Yes, and there is probably much hypocrisy in that too since everyone knows that all guys default to the bar of soap...you have it for washing your body...just go ahead and rub it on your head..all guys do it...FACT.  I'll bet if you slapped that half-sis around a bit, he would confess.  Ivory, Coast, Irish spring...shampoo in bar form.

Pretty much the general consensus.
Kind of disturbing.
its OK for a broad to use the baby voice talk but only if in moderation and preferably when naked. Falkie sounded like mike myers doing the coffee talk skit on SNL.

Irish Spring bar soap, I'm a very loyal supporter of the brand. And yes it is FANTASTIC as a make shift shampoo.

I like using a bar of ivory soap on my head. It leaves me with that nice greasy hair look all day

Shampoo is just hype. Guys don't need it. Yes women do, but not guys.

LOL..who is that guy? creeping me out! Hey, man...I tried to PM you the other day about Vegas, but you have PMs blocked...was Dave harassing you or something? hahaha
You've never had the pleasure of Chaz's "if I don't look like a flaming gay man and a gay hairdresser, you must be blind" TV commercials?  Of course, being the PC kind of guy I am, I must add the obligatory "not that there's anything wrong with that."

Jorch wasn't the problem.  Too many messages from SV about wanting to get in my pants.  Of course.

I could do "The Night of the Sendamonster". A disgusting creature rises from the sewers every leap year and goes on a carnivorous rampage. I would make it more realistic because I'd intend to eat a three-course meal during the show (as is traditional now) so it would sound like the monster tearing apart one of its victims.

You could do a Gabcast reading the back of cereal boxes and it would still be more substantive than the Falkie show.

Ugh! How can you use bar soap on your hair?! At least tell me you use conditioner. Billy Jo, tell your wife that Ovation stem cell shampoo, conditioner and leave in treatment is about $50 for the 6oz of all three products and it works wonders. Works better than a lot of overpriced stuff you get at a salon.

For decades in various Euro countries they would have a combination body-wash and shampoo product in some hotels. Why not? Except that some company would not be able to sell more stuff.

That ain't all I use it on... ;)  How can I use it on my hair you ask?  Easy...you got it in your hand washin' then you suddenly head north.  I have about four or five hairs left on the noggin'..  they don't mind.  Thanks for the product advice..I'll show her.  She does buy her stuff at a salon.  She goes every five weeks and drops half a car payment.  My two boys and I are bewildered.  One of my boys exclaimed he was never getting married the other day.  Now there's a good boy. :P

It was an employee suggestion, when asked how to increase shampoo sales, to add the word "Repeat" to the instructions.

I'm sure you're right. If you look at the ingredients on many products you'll see that the pricing is based on marketing and brand and not the product.

LOL.  if I don't keep mine real short, I start to look like Woody Harrelson's character in Kingpin.  Well, maybe not quite that bad..but getting there.

As a kid I had a Greek barber who told us that wearing hats as kids make you go bald. At the time it made some weird sense to me (like a plant needs sun and water but hats protect your scalp from it.) I was young and the place was sort of intimidating, actually not sure how he made money because every time I was in there there were 3 old (at least to me) Greek guys just hanging out, laughing, reading papers, and smoking and me and my brothers would be only customers.

What? I have been using ivory soup on my hair all my life, it's 99.8% pure. Trick is to wash your balls AFTER your hair to avoid a greasy look.

Yeah, I can relate.  my dad took my to the old man who cut his hair when he was a kid.  He must have been 129 years old.  His name was Keg.  Same barbershop experience...old men...coffee...smoke..and a whole lot of bitching about the younger generation.  All the while I'm bobbing and weaving trying not to get my ear chopped...Keg was notorious for it.

And if you look at the ingredient list between the same brand shampoo and conditioner, they are most often identical.
