Yeah right.  If this was your alien encounter spot, you'd sell tickets and Greer would be insanely jealous.   He said in previous interviews that he sold it because "it was just time to move on" or something to that effect.

Meh.  I'm not somebody who is usually swayed very easily (and I scour the net to save 10 cents.)  But I will almost certainly end up with a Ccrane something or another within a month or two.  Somehow Art sells it- and I want to see the little badge on the equipment when he talks about the ultra high quality gizmo that Crane has out.

Stupid, and illogical- but at least I know that I am being sold something that I do not need at a slightly inflated price and will blow the extra $20 with my eyes wide open...

Most certainly, yes this site can be viscious, not just to George, but to the guests also. It was months before I got the nerve to say anything.  It was the vaguely loveable part that finally drew me in.

It would not matter a bit to me (I would neither pay more, nor less for an alien hangout as I am not convinced they exist.)  There are people who pay extra for a haunted house and I have to assume that there are people who want an ET encounter badly enough that they would pay extra.

To answer your question: no, I would not buy an occupied federal penitentiary... I, too, would pass.
