Not bragging or nuthin', but I just got back from Kroger.

They had 40 count Totino's Pizza Rolls on sale for 75% off.

    $1.50 a bag.  Normally $6 a bag.

No lie.  I got six bags.

Didn't see any hookers, though.  But if any show up, we're gonna have a real good time.

I'm confused.. previously, NT said he had a small weenie and liked boys. Now he's saying he's gonna have fun with hookers.  NT- It's your body, but I struggle with the ambiguity of your statements.

What could go wrong? Sounds like a great idea.

Great!  Maybe we can ask Art to give us a guided tour of his house/studio complete with a recreation of the night he fell flat on his face running from the sniper.

SV, I think you should forever entomb The Night Train troll in the next installmanent of A Falkie Christmas Carol - Ghost of Christmas Present. Now that we know he has a fixation with his mummies mammary glands. From my latest remote viewing session, they appear to be very similiar to Ratty Patty's. I wonder if his mummy is a rapist as well. This may well be what started him down his path of having to troll for dollars. Maybe Night Train is really an alias account for Falkie. You never see the two of them online at the same time.

Oh fuck if SV did that, NT would really get his faggot speed dial insult in a spin.

Make it so SV.

Speaking of spice, doesn't turmeric cure AIDS?

Maybe George should send Charlie Sheen a couple free bottles.

There are rumors circulating within the pollinating business that this cures the AIDS,

What's cool is that, from the plant's perspective, it's exactly what it looks like.

I've been on here 7 days.

You've been on here about 4.5 months.  You've got over 3200 posts.

Do the math.  That's close to 200 posts a week.

But I'm some kind of maniac for having 300 in a week?

A week with a four day weekend, giving me lots of free time to post?  Whereas your average is over 18 weeks. Week in, week out.

I'll check back in a month and compare our posts per week averages.  Then we'll see who's obsessed.

Hmm....what happened to Ciardelo?

She stated on MITD that she is of half-Asian ancestry.

According to several sites on the internet, her birth certificate is a fake

Good points.
I guess what I was trying to convey is I think because of the speculated history her family (both mother and father) has in radio, 30+ years, she should be aware of some of the background noise and shenanigans that happen behind the scenes. Whether that ultimately helps much is definitely questionable and remains to be seen.

That is not very helpful.  With all the Chinese doing radio over the past 30 years, how can we possibly narrow it down?

It's snowing, the tree is so pretty, I have good Ethiopian coffee and Russian gingerbread.

I think I've been outclassed by a philodendron, though.  Suddenly I find the idea of hurling invective at strangers intensely therapeutic.

Night Train

I don't think the average MITD listener cares if Heather is Asian, half-Asian, Mexican, white, or whatever.

What they do care about is whether or not she's a good talk show host, and that's why they're so disappointed.

If she really knows what she's doing, then how come it's been two weeks, and she hasn't quit once?

My lack of knowledge is disturbing, so I'll look this up before I type further..

OK... so the idea is (I'm guessing) that Heather is Art's daughter, Lisa? He divorced his first wife (according to his Wikipedia page  ::) ) in 1968.  Are you suggesting that Heather is supposedly in her late 40's?  Forget the fact that his ex was Japanese, and forget the fact that she doesn't sound "half Asian"..  does she really sound like she's in her late 40's? Maybe 30's...

I've only listened to her for one hour, but she definitely does not sound like she's in her 40's.  Let alone late 40's.  But I could be wrong.

she doesnt even sound like she is in her 30's...she sounds like she is in her early 20's and smokes maybe a touch too much of the happy tobacco

aside from how she sounds..that really hasnt been the issue..it has been vastly duds of guests really

Agreed.  She sounds like a college roommate I had, fresh from the state of Utah. (This is my random guess as to where Heather is from, only based on how she speaks). I doubt she's in her early 20's- she could be, but ..  ) , I do not think she's at all in her 40's, either.

Art had the same problem.  In the five months he was on, there were probably only about 20 shows with guests that were really interesting.

And at the end, it seemed like he was having David Jacobs on nearly every other week.  I'm exaggerating, of course, but I know he was on there at least three times in five months.  And, despite his highly provocative subject matter, his shows were boring.  Yet he kept being invited back, despite not offering any more information in his repeat visits than he had in his first.  I took this to mean they were having trouble getting decent guests.

Well, some people have an issue with how she speaks.  I think that as time goes on, she'll (hopefully) have the sound for radio that suits her (and fans) best.

Does anyone know who she has lined up for this week?
